Our partnership with the Flow is imperative to the success of our DTC websites. The Flow has provided endless services to help the website, brand and company be successful. We do not see The Flow as a firm which we hired, but an extension of our team.

Our DTC website has grown year over year since our relaunch in fall of 2022 with this year having a 35.5% increase in revenue and +68% increase in conversion rate which was one of our goals for this year.

Avi and the team are extremely communicative. We have various forms of communication that we use. Avi is always available, eager to discuss any topics we wish and will always follow through. The Flow has excellent project managment skills.

I’m a Business Development Manager in a DevOps Firm. We are an advanced Tier Services Partner of Amazon Web Services, and provide a suite of cloud solutions to a variety of organizations, especially tech companies.

We initially hired The Flow 2 years ago to create our brand from zero and design our company website. The goal back then was to show the world who we are and what we do best. Now, when our business has grown, we became an advanced Tier Services Partner of Amazon Web Services and a sponsor of an AWS summit in Tel Aviv. The Flow’s challenge was to create a kit of Swag & Merch for us, so that we could stand out from our competitors in this important event.

2 years ago, we were looking for a Design Agency that could make an impact on our brand. The Flow’s proven track record and value-for-money had an incomparable advantage over the 3 other competitors we have interviewed back then.

In the Swag project, we first briefed The Flow on the business objectives and strict deadlines, they were given free rein to come up with a full solution, including a creative concept, a message, and an original design.

The Swag kit we got from The Flow was so great that they were gone within 1 hour! Now there are thousands of professionals in the industry and potential partners that know our company a little more, and have our merchandise.

It was fire and forget, with much care for our feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by many things, but above all it’s very rare to find a team of designers with such a deep understanding in technology. As a DevOps firm, their unique knowledge totally made the difference and helped with the success of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I’d prefer to use Slack to communicate more than Whatsapp, since that is what our team is used to.
