The firm also supports clients with visa renewals, compliance matters, and complex immigration cases, guiding them through each stage of the process while ensuring applications are prepared accurately and in accordance with US immigration law.

Design and development of the new company website, from the initial concept and design phase through to full deployment and launch. This includes the complete design and build of the website, implementation of a comprehensive Content Management System (CMS), and ongoing monthly updates and maintenance as required

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website was delivered on time and in accordance with the agreed project brief, successfully meeting all key objectives. The final design reflected the firm's brand identity, values and strategic goals, providing a professional, modern and user-friendly experience. The website was intentionally differentiated from traditional law firm websites through its contemporary design, clear messaging and enhanced user journey, helping to strengthen the firm's market positioning. The implementation of a full CMS also enables efficient content management and ongoing updates, ensuring the website remains current and scalable as the business grows.

Yes. The project was managed effectively and all deliverables were completed on time in line with the agreed schedule. The team was highly responsive throughout the project, communicating regularly, addressing feedback promptly, and adapting to our requirements as they arose. They demonstrated a clear understanding of our objectives and worked collaboratively to ensure the final website met our expectations and business needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was their responsiveness and personable approach throughout the project. They were always readily available to answer questions, provide updates, and address feedback promptly. They took the time to understand our business, branding, and objectives, making the process collaborative and straightforward. In addition, they delivered excellent value for money, providing a high-quality website and service that exceeded our expectations while remaining cost-effective.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Flourish could have done differently?

Overall, we were very pleased with the service provided. If there was one area for improvement, it would be providing more guidance during the design phase. We were expected to contribute imagery and design ideas, but as we are not designers, we would have welcomed more creative direction and recommendations to help shape the look and feel of the website. That said, the team was always responsive to feedback and worked closely with us to achieve a final result that we are very happy with.

Flourish has delivered accuracy and speed. For example, the product’s speech recognition accuracy is above 95%, and the team has delivered on time, allowing us to go to market on time with our schedule and milestones.
