I had worked with them in my previous organization and the team of flora fountain has been very creative and open to feedbacks always

In total we worked with 5 people including the team for photo and video shoots for students and teachers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

What we wanted was not just any school website that offered the usual data and information about the institute. We wanted to create a digital space for Shivashish World School, where we showcased the school in a way that provided the visitor with a 360 degree insight into the world of SWS.

And Flora Fountain delivered on all points in designing and developing a new age school website that our teachers, students and their parents take pride in sharing with all. Thank you Flora Fountain, 100/100!

The team was very prompt and open to feedback, the came across with various ideas of their own to complete the website.

The team was creative and kept every detail and feedback in mind while creating the website.

We needed a unique, creative, upbeat website that resonates with young people and eye-catching while conveying our message.

We have had several meetings just to plan the process and then the website itself. Then the main phase of the work - developing the structure and all the pages - took up the majority of our collaboration. FF also ensured the required maintenance and fine-tuning once the site was live.

We worked with five or six people from Flora Fountain, including the two owners Shefali and Vasim, and some content developers, programmers and designers from the team.

We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Flora Fountain and they turned out to be a very cool, upbeat, professional and dedicated team, who helped me to create and awesome website for my project with which we were both very happy.

They got engaged in the website, and we could feel their responsibility and ownership in helping our company, which helped creating the final result to all of our satisfaction.

I’m a general administrator at a staffing and recruiting company.

What challenges were you trying to address with Flora Fountain?

We’d had the same website since we started the company in 2012. The site was initially fine for us; however, as we moved on to more prominent clients and other partners who were looking for an online presence, our site wasn’t reflecting our growth as a company. 

We needed a website that would speak to our people and partners. Further, we wanted a good design, SEO, and other interactive features. We worked with Flora Fountain to develop this new website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Flora Fountain developed our website on WordPress. I believe they also used PHP. Their team created content for the site and social media. They also did branding, social media campaigns, and SEO, amongst other services.

The team continues to provide social media management services.

What was the team composition?

We work directly with two project leaders, but I believe 3–4 people work on the project.

How did you come to work with Flora Fountain?

We found them through word-of-mouth and references. We were looking for a company to work on our website and redesign our logo and branding, so we did a quick Google search. We were able to see that they had the knowledge and were doing good work, so we decided to go for them.

How much have you invested in them?

At the moment, we spend about $900 per month on social media management. The website creation project cost about $4,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them at the end of 2016 or early 2017, and it’s an ongoing collaboration.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had great engagement with the posts they’ve created for us. Some of our biggest clients often interact with the content, so they are obviously well thought out and designed.

How did Flora Fountain perform from a project management standpoint?

They manage the project themselves; we don't have to worry about the details. They deliver in a timely manner. We mainly communicate via email and weekly calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The project leaders manage everything really well — we just communicate our needs to them, and they make sure that everything is accomplished.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything specific. I honestly don’t have any complaints.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It is good to be clear about what you want because they have an extensive portfolio of services. If you are clear, they can provide better services. If you are not clear, they can also offer consulting and advice, but it is easier to have a good idea of what you are looking for.
