 We needed to create a beautiful and functional website within a tight budget.

What was the scope of their involvement?

FJ Solutions designed and developed our website from scratch, including setting up the domain. They also implemented our SEO foundation and created email automations via Klaviyo.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in July 2025. Although the project has ended, we're doing some additional work to enhance the site further.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw high traffic to our site and received neat emails from Google saying that we had reached some monthly visit milestones. We also had a lot of email sign-ups via the landing page they built for us — around 10,000.

How did FJ Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

FJ Solutions delivered on time 100%. Johan was amazing. Although I was the one delaying them since I was juggling a lot of things, they were always super graceful with their friendly nudges via email to keep the project moving. We communicated via email and video calls on Google Meet and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their efficiency and follow-through with everything related to the project were impressive. I also liked their flexibility in working with projects of different sizes, budgets, and styles. I would definitely work with them again.

FJ Solutions selected a theme from Shopify templates and augmented it to align with our website's branding. They also configured the store and worked directly with our fulfillment vendor to ensure a seamless integration. Additionally, they added code to customize the checkout user experience to match our preferences.

The fully functional Shopify site was the project's deliverable. We haven't launched the product yet, but we've received great feedback about the Shopify store from our testers and early adopters during a soft launch. We expect to sell 50% of our inventory in the first 60 days.

FJ Solutions built our website from scratch. Initially, FJ Solutions discussed with us and sent us different design options and color palettes. The team helped us figure out what we wanted regarding the web design so we could give them better direction. FJ Solutions created our site’s design using Figma and considering our demographic targets. The team also analyzed our competitors and our previous marketing materials.

FJ Solutions built our site on Shopify, which we already used to push our sales through. Our previous site worked on WordPress, and FJ Solutions migrated it to Shopify. The team introduced us to new technologies like Typeform, which they integrated into our site with a workflow that helped us assess eligibility for our programs. 

Moreover, FJ Solutions integrated videos into our website and our sales section so our users didn’t have to jump to an external Shopify site. The team also integrated a direct contact form. We had challenges with launching the site and getting the proper files hosted correctly, and FJ Solutions team worked a little outside of the project scope to help us resolve that issue.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We  launched our website and received many compliments on the design. Users found the new web design more user-friendly and modern, and the platform was more useful and trustworthy than our previous site. FJ Solutions was very thorough and quick to help us. The team was very helpful and went above and beyond to launch our website.

FJ Solutions project management was fantastic. The scheduling was well laid out, and we met periodically through Google Meet. The team updated our project schedule as necessary when we had to push deadlines due to vacations or other reasons. Moreover, FJ Solutions met monthly goals and had excellent communication with us. The team stayed on budget and sent timely invoices.

Our beta test dealership, one of the highest volume, most successful Honda dealerships in the United States, this dealerships website was compared to the composite of 25 other highly successful Honda dealerships. Buy a company founded by former Google executives in the automotive space. The net result of the study is in the words of the dealership operator.

The main deliverables from this stage involved a migration with enhanced SEO performance, a custom theme, and functional applications.

With a 40% increase in organic traffic, a 30% uptick in sales, and a successful disruption-free migration. Our application features and custom theme led to greater customer engagement.
