We needed a website built from scratch. simple informative and as a good marketing eye-catcher for our physical product.

We found the vendor on Upwork after careful selection and an initial meeting. we decided to go with them and let them create our UI and UX. As we had no idea about web development, they helped us find a developer as well and also handled the communication.

After initial meeting, the team provided mock-ups and we were always able to follow up on Figma about the process. after multiple rounds of adaptations we agreed on final version and it went into dev. after reviewing with us, we decided for a wordpress implementation.

I interviewed a number of designers on Upwork and felt that Fivecube would deliver the best results. The deciding factor was their flexibility and willingness to communicate.

I provided to their team the company idea and a basic set of wireframes. After researching, they made a detailed plan to complete all of the UX and UI of the app. Each week, they would provide me with some new screens that I would give feedback on and they would alter accordingly. Once all of the screens for the UX were completed, they moved on to the UI. They also created two versions of the app (MVP and v2.0).

I worked with one designer directly, who acted as the point of contact for 1-2 other designers as well.

We are very happy with the outcome of the design. Our idea has come to life and we are excited to begin development. We are very pleased with how the design turned out and satisfied with the time and money it took.

The workflow was very effective. We had weekly design calls as well as daily interactions on Slack. The response time was very good and we were able to be efficient, despite being in different timezones.

Their communication and flexibility as changes came up are the most impressive. This is essential for new startups whose ideas evolve constantly.

More frequent updates on the status could have been helpful, but no major problems.

Our website was created in 2018 at the launch of the BEQUANT brand. As the business matured, the website wasn't fit for purpose so FiveCube were hired to redesign the website to look more like a modern financial services company servicing the digital world.

We looked at various factors including costs but FiveCube displayed the best understanding of financial services in the digital world. It was a hugely contributing factor to our decision.

After an initial meeting, the website design began with a homepage revamp. We then built all other web pages from the homepage.

I worked directly with Yura and Andrew. Both added huge value to our project with their creative insights and experience in building designs in digital banking.

The project design was created the Fivecube team. The design met BEQUANT's expectations. It was fantastic to build a website that met the business's expectations.

Yura's ability to convey a brief into reality is unique. They provided their own creative insights but still listened to our company's goals. That made a huge difference the the speed of development and sign off.

Yura is one of the best designers I have worked with. His knowledge and ability to articulate a brief whilst listening to a customer is a key trait.

The aim of the project was to show the basic principles of work on our website and to show the product in which we work. The web application was designed to easily process data and to simplify the operation of mobile trading applications.

We started by discussing the details and clarifying the needs. We started the design development by creating wireframes step by step, creating page by page. Mobile pages of the entire site were also created. We also started the web application with wireframes and continued in the same order as with a website.

From the very beginning, together with the Fivecube team, we sorted out the problems of the existing site and made an analysis in order to clearly understand the changes we need. In detail, page by page, we have found ways to improve the structure of the site. In the next step, the Fivecube provided us with several options for color schemes, and components for choosing, which helped us a lot. We chose one of the options they proposed and began to gradually fill our site with a new look.

The updated logo, brand book, website and portal were highly praised by our existing customers. We also realized that many new customers after the updates choose us because of the attractive and simple, but clear and well-working UX design.

The process was very effective, we made some progress every day, which helped us move forward confidently. Thanks to constant communication, we have solved many issues and found very good solutions to the tasks.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Most of all I was struck by the understanding of our needs, their quick and professional solution. As a bistro team, they picked up our problems and found solutions to those problems in a short time. Communication with the client for these guys is what they need, during the project we didn't even think about changing them to other designers. They approached everything very professionally and clearly.

For what projects/services did your company hire Fivecube Studio?

I hired Fivecube studio for re-branding my company and to do the full design for the new webpages. The work included business cards, logo redesign, website (every page) designed and responsive website design. The team at Fivecube have been amazing and have produced outstanding work. I have used them before for another project and will continue to do so.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to re-brand and create a simplistic but a modern website.

How did you select Fivecube Studio?

I searched online for a few designers. I managed to hire someone off dribble, who managed to do ok on one project. However, I quickly realised that he wasn't suitable for my more complex projects. Thus I looked around and found Fivecube Studio. I was immediately impressed by their portfolio. I also liked how Yevheniy, approached the problem. He first analysed our requirements and sent us a sample. This gave me confidence and I knew this company was the right one.

The project purpose was to rebrand our company and design mockups for the new website with the new branding. I provided the Fivecube Team with some sample websites and general direction of what I was after. That is all it took. I did not have to supply any wireframes or anything. They interviewed me and asked for general requirements. Fivecube team then went away and created a few pages for me to look at. It was exactly what I wanted. In the end, Fivecube, delivered a sketch file with all the mockups. They also gave me a brand-book and all the assets.

What was the team composition?

Yevheniy Kladov, and Vira Vesna were the two people I was in contact with. I believe they internally have a larger team who complete all the design work. I prefer this setup as I can just deal one with person and they can take care of the rest :). Yevheniy also spoke to one of my colleagues who is a web developer and acted upon his feedback. Fivecube team took our feedback and produced great results.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website is not yet live (as we are developing it now), however, all other stakeholders have been amazed and really like the output we received. As a result of hiring Fivecube studio, all our goals have been met and the result was beyond our expectations.

Fivecube studio performed really well. Because this was a relatively small project, we just use Skype to communicate. All our expectations and communication happened via Skype. The team were very punctual, worked well with our busy schedule and were always on top of their communication.

Communication is top notch. The skills of the employees is very high. They have extensive experience. What separates them from other vendors is honesty. Yevheniy is honest, punctual and always willing to help out where he can.
