I am the director of Advancement at Holy Family Bilingual Catholic School, a non-profit institution that provides a two-way immersion Bilingual education and serves a diverse community.

We hired Five Mountains to update our very outdated website. Or goals were to showcase our mission and what our community is all about. Giving prospective families easy access to our website was a must; they helped us accomplish just that.

We choose this vendor based on recommendation, and we liked that they genuinely cared to help our organization.

We had initial meetings for consultation with all the parties involved within the marketing team of our school. We were glad to learn that we could continue to use WordPress. Step-by-step instructions were beneficial and appreciated by us. The vendor would consider our ideas and send the project back with the changes.

After Launching our site, we saw a considerable increase in traffic. We received many leads and multiple compliments from our customers (families). They love the update and appreciate the easy navigation.

Communication was excellent; as the launching date was approaching, the emails were constantly to ensure that we were satisfied with our product/service.

When showcasing your nonprofit's mission on the web, it is essential to have a team that understands your vision. David and the team were very supportive and responsive. We enjoyed working with them. I would recommend 100%

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I looked around at my options and Five Mountains stood out to me as the design and style I was looking for. When meeting with the designer, David Purdy, I was very impressed at his knowledge and ability to communicate with me about what I wanted and how that could look.

I met with the designer and explained what I wanted in a website. He quickly took the content I wrote and organized it graphically in an easy to view manner. During the process, he offered different design options for my review and gave me the ability to comment and make changes before the website went live. David was professional, easy to work with, and precise. He took care of all the details, and provided me with information on how to manage my website.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website is amazing. The colors capture the eye, the statements are bold and confident, and the website is user friendly. I have not begun marketing my consulting business, but I know when I do this website will be perfect.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was great. I felt that I was kept in the loop and notified as soon as items were ready for me to review. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and promptly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really felt like I was included in the creation, which meant a lot to me, yet I didn't have to worry about all the background details.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing I can think of. This has been a great experience.

David. Davids clever a deceptively simple design was the solution. Easy to grasp but offering multiple ways to explore it.
