I'm impressed with their communication. I was kept updated on their progress and Eugene was always available to answer my questions. He was also very clear and concise in his explanations, and he made sure that I understood all of the technical aspects of the project.

I also found it impressive that they were able to achieve such good results for me in a relatively short period of time. Within a short period, I saw an increase in organic traffic to my website, and my search engine rankings improved for all of my top target keywords.

Ever since Ms. Zoe took over as the Account Manager, the number of page 1 keywords doubled from 13 (out of the 40 that we have been working on) in Apr 2022 to as high as 26 in Aug 2023! As a result of the increased number of page 1 keywords, the number of lead forms that we got purely from organic search alone in Aug 2023 is 3x the number we got back in Apr 2022! Thanks to Ms. Zoe, this conversion improvement also helped us achieve better year-to-year revenue and profit numbers!

Yes, Ms. Zoe always delivered all items promptly. On many occasions, I was actually pleasantly surprised by how frequently she was delivering progress reports to me. Even during times when I could just do my own "homework" and look for the statistics on my own, she still did them on my behalf so I wouldn't unnecessarily misinterpret the data. In terms of responsiveness, she was always ready to answer my random questions and clear my doubts whenever I had them.

In times when she needed to take her own leave or off days, she would also give me a heads-up way in advance so I wouldn't be caught off-guard by her absence. Her willingness to go above and beyond for my account impressed me a lot.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Having worked with this company for 2+ years, I consistently observed that their account managers had a keen eye for detail. I suppose they have several accounts to take care of on a daily basis, but very rarely have they been careless in their communications and meeting of campaign targets. 

However, I think it is also my own good luck or good karma to have my account be overseen by a capable Account Manager like Ms. Zoe. Competent and skilful employees like her are what make this company impressive and unique.

I understand that First Page Digital Singapore is a large company, and that may be also why sometimes decisions are made rather slowly compared with small startups. In the business of search engine optimization, time is of essence.

Thus, if the lead time of the different parts of the entire business process could be shortened, the customers would actually gain a lot from it. For example, if Account Managers were to be given more autonomy to make business decisions on behalf of their superiors, the company might be able to help its customers get the most out from their campaigns.

It all started off with Mr. Asher (now Head of Growth) introducing FPD's service to me. As someone who came across a couple of companies who were unable to bring results, I was skeptical about whether FPD would oversell themselves. It took me a leap of faith to go with FPD because they clearly had a proper structure in their way of doing things, and that they themselves were at the top of Google Page 1 for various SEO-related keywords (results speak for themselves).

Our engagement began with Mr. Asher Chong sitting down together with me during the onboarding meeting to make sure that things are handed over properly to the Accounts Manager Ms. Shirlyn before stepping back to let her do her job. During the onboarding meeting, Ms. Shirlyn gave a really detailed plan on what she would do. Not only did she provide a plan, she pointed out what problems my company's website had and suggested various solutions. It was clear that she knew what she was doing.

Every part of Ms. Shirlyn's plan was carefully crafted out with a purpose, and that is to comply with Google's regulations and ethically push my company's website to the top of Page 1. From the initial keyword research to keyword targeting to on- & off-page optimisation to crafting blog content and finally to the quarterly reports, Ms. Shirlyn delivered passionately and responsibly. From my experience with her, she's the kind of Account Manager who leaves no stone unturned. That is the kind of person I, or many other people, like to work with.

Since the on-page optimisation and link buildings started, up to 30% of the keywords targeted touched Page 1. From that alone, our company gradually got 50% more leads from Google Organic Search, decreasing our average marketing cost per lead in general.

Working with Ms. Shirlyn has been nothing short of fantastic. I didn't have to know her background or the number of years she had been in FPD; I just needed to see that she was taking charge and being responsible for my account despite having multiple accounts on her own hand. After working with her closely for about 6 months, I'd say she exceeded all of my expectations. She takes her work extremely seriously and she feels responsible for my account and results. Whenever the results don't meet her own already-high expectations, she'll leave no stone unturned and find out all the possible ways to further improve them.

From the initial keyword research to keyword targeting to on-page optimisation to quarterly reports, she works well with her own team members and does everything with a purpose. These are just few of the reasons I know my account is in good hands. It's still early to say that FPD has brought tremendous results for my company's website, but I love working with a company who puts their people first. I'm also positive that Ms. Shirlyn will continue to do her very best to meet our shared ultimate goals.

I can see that First Page Digital puts their own employees and clients first. When their employees are well taken care of, they are able to take good care of their clients even better.

Prior to working with Zoe, we had a different account manager whom we also engaged for design work (because at the time, our design team was smaller and lacking in manpower). We were not very satisfied with our experience, as the work provided did not meet our standards, and the previous account manager would not be flexible with regards to the changes we wanted made. 

After the experience we decided to no longer engage them for design work and preferred to work in house instead. While I understand and respect their designer's time commitment and limit to the amount of edits a client can make, I believe some flexibility or perhaps some better communication from the previous account manager between us and their designers could have saved us a lot of trouble.

We weren’t really getting the results we wanted in terms of paid and organic traffic with our previous agency. As a result, we searched for an agency that could utilize our strategies, not only for lead generation but as well as in managing costs in an efficient manner. We then hired First Page Digital Singapore to help us with SEO and PPC.

Their team conducted thorough keyword research, which showed me the search volume and enabled me to identify what allowed us to generate good traffic and conversion. In my PPC, my conversion rate has dramatically improved and reduced my spending. My number of leads has also doubled, close to 200%. My ROI is also much better even though our budget has significantly increased. To be specific, our ROI has improved close to 60%.

In terms of traffic, they’ve improved it from around 1,000 to 5,000 unique visits, and they’ve done that within a span of five months.

They’re on point with every single deadline and every deliverable. We communicate with them through email, Google, and Slack. Their senior account manager also updates us with their plans, which includes explaining the impact of their implementations on our rankings and traffic. Overall, they exceed expectations in the project management area.

They provide honest insights. I remember we previously wanted to open up Facebook Ads, and they advised us not to do so because our objective for running ads was different.
