It has been great ever since we began working with Wani and Bingming (who has since left the company in August 2021), the current team consisting of Diyanah, Wani, Nova, Mel, Raf and Sarah D has been providing wonderful insights and SEO performance till this date.

generally great. Nothing much to compare, however as an agency, they cant see our business context that much. So it is an unavoidable area of needs that they cant possibly fill.

Viniyoga Singapore is a Yoga school that teaches the complete and authentic Viniyoga tradition - which originated from the teachings of Professor T Krishnamacharya and ‘Sir’ TKV Desikachar, and further developed by Dr. Kausthub Desikachar who is the son of ‘Sir’ Desikachar.

Starting with a discovery phase, KPIs were set and FPD performaed initial keyword research and analysis of our competitors, as well as implementing on-site SEO work to improve ranking. The team has also begin writing blog content on our Eshop to improve inbound traffic targeted at our audience.

There ar 2 project managers, 1 from paid, 1 from SEO, and a in-charge, as well as an SEM strategist.

Since implementation of the SEO effort, we have seen improvement in our ranking as well as growing in-bound traffic to our eShops, this is a good sign as we aim to grow a substantial of traffic organically.

FPD has been our appointed digital agency for close to a year now and the team has been very responsive, helpful in improving both on SEO and PPC ads. The account managers - Nikita, Carl are very attentive to our needs and ensuring fast response to our requirements. The team - Yuan Xin, Pei and Aishah are also very knowledgeable in their areas to improve our campaigns and improving overall SEO on our eShops.

The professionalism and customer-centric attitude to do their best to meet client's requirements.

I hope to see the team being able to bring more ideas to the table and proposals to improve our organic results.

In the end, after listening to the presentations of the 3 vendors, we selected First Page Digital Singapore. Angela, the rep, who presented, came across as very professional and knowledgeable.

After we had confirmed with them, we were introduced to Carl and team. They mapped out the timeline and did extensive research before coming out with the proposal on what they will be doing on SEO and SEM.

We were given monthly report updates and they will readily breakdown and explain the reports to us. What impressed us most was that, apart from what they were contracted to do, they had good advice for us along the way, and even went out of their contract to assist us when we require.

We've worked closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Carl Huang and his team of marketing specialists.

The results we have gotten were phenomenal. The sales leads gradually increase to 3 times our usual amount monthly, more than what they had promised in the contract. We had more customers walking in to our gallery and more enquiries coming in from our online channels.

The Digital Marketing Manager, Carl, assigned to us was great. We had timely updates and whenever we had any questions, Carl always responded quickly and helped provide the solutions timely. We had basically no complaints at all through the one year contract.

We were generally impressed by their professionalism and that that they would go out of their way to assist us and provide solutions. A lot of businesses had struggled one way or the other during the COVID period, and we are thankful that they were here to assist us during this period too. Because of their efforts, we were not badly affected by the pandemic and our sales leads had increased.

Nope, in fact, we have decided to work with them for another year and also for our future projects.

Once we started the campaign, a review was conducted every quarter to discuss the progress and if tweaks were necessary.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Metrics were measured by the number of keywords that were ranked on the first page of a Google search. They exceeded the KPI.

How did First Page Digital Singapore perform from a project management standpoint?

Overall, it was pretty satisfactory. There was the occasional lapse but everything was still within an acceptable time frame. They were very helpful to us and went beyond what was expected of them. When we had any questions or needed help, they’d jump in to help promptly. We communicated mostly through email and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They surpassed what was required in order to help us. There was a high level of professionalism. Helping us reach the target before the deadline was an added bonus. My company is pretty new to digital marketing, and they gave us some knowledge.

Are there any areas they could improve?

My only thought is on the occasional lapses of when something was promised to us. I’d have to follow up and ask for the reports after failing to receive them before the timeline.

We were very happy with what the First Page has done for SunjoyOnline.com. Within a period of 12 months, we exceeded the projected traffic by 120% and went on to have a growth of close to 1million worth of e-commerce sales for that fiscal year. That is a 100% revenue growth for our online business. SEO works synonymously with SEM and thus drove down the CPC which allows us to target our customers in a more cost-effective manner.

We were able to work closely and concisely on all the deliverables. Timeline and milestones were closely adhered to and any hiccups along the way were quickly ironed out which allowed us to see business results quickly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their in-depth knowledge about SEO and their willingness to share in detail was the deciding factor for winning our project. We continue to learn from the First Page and their staff on how to better optimize our website in the ever-changing e-commerce scene.

Overall, I think if they provided UI recommendations on top of SEO that would be fantastic. As website devs always aim to make the website look aesthetically nice, SEO aims to put critical info on the first page of our website. By combining both, I think that is the best of both worlds.

Starting out from a humble shop house unit along Joo Chiat Road selling tiles, Futar has come a long way since it was founded in 1971 by our founder Mr Choo Hwee Ming. We started by only specializing in Japanese tiles 40 years ago, and now we’ve grown to become one of Singapore’s leading suppliers in construction finishing material.

We started expanding our resources on a global scale and by the 1980s, the company saw itself also being well-developed with ceramic and homogenous tiles from Spain, Italy, Turkey and China. Futar further ventured into supplying natural stones in the 1990s, starting with marble and granite with resources from the Middle East, Western Europe, South and East Asia.

As the company expanded, we moved into our new office premises in the year of 2006, where we also started our own production plant when we had ample factory space in our newly built Changi North Way warehouse.
