I’m the marketing director for an automotive sales company.

What challenge were you trying to address with On First Page?

We hired On First Page to provide SEO support. We wanted to be in the top search results for our local and national market.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team helps us develop content on our pages and have done other work to optimize the site. We’ve continued to create sets of keywords to further our placement in search results. Every month, we meet to review our progress and brainstorm new ideas to move forward with.

What is the team composition?

We work directly with the owner of On First Page, and the rest of the team supports the project behind the scenes.

How did you come to work with On First Page?

My company started working with On First Page before I joined the team, so I’m not sure how they were selected for the project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since August 2010, and the collaboration is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve been able to consistently maintain first-page placement for our keywords, which is essential for us. We also have one of the top visited sites in our industry with a high number of monthly visitors from organic traffic. Around 80% of our page views are made up of new visitors, which we find impressive for a B2B company like ours.

How did On First Page perform from a project management standpoint?

We have continuous communication and their team is very responsive. Even though the work we’re doing is time-consuming, they’re available whenever we need. At least one member of my team interacts with On First Page daily.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are open communicators and have a strong investment in the success of our company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

At this time, there’s nothing I can think of for On First Page to improve.

Understand that SEO isn’t a one-and-done project; it requires continual updates and effort. Make the most of On First Page's consultations, monitor your progress, and stick with their team to see results.
