I’m a partner at Askin & Hooker, LLC. We’re a small, community-based law firm.

We needed to improve our web content and digital marketing efforts.

What were your goals for this project?

Ultimately, we wanted to increase our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Google Plus, LinkedIn, and more. We were also looking to update our web-based blog.

Our Google rankings have improved in searches for local attorneys.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The deal submitted quality initial drafts. They were receptive to our edits and kept us consistent communication. It was a seamless process—from planning to posting the content.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were well-versed in our industry-specific language, which is a common problem when working with digital marketers.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They should offer more recommendations and not let the scope limit their creativity. In general, they’re a pretty good agency.
