Our company is called Binary Punch. We develop mobile games; we have three games in production now in Google Play Store. Our total audience is more than 10 million users.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fhtagn Studio?

We needed a website for the introduction of our games and user support.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Fhtagn Studio for web development. They designed and developed our website from scratch using a Laravel framework. First, we prepared the project’s technical requirements and specifications and described everything to their manager. After that, they did the backend and frontend. When they finished the project, they did some necessary postproduction fixes and improvements.

My main contact was the manager.

We found them through a Google search.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $2,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the engagement in February 2021 and finished the website in June 2021. We’ll engage Fhtagn Studio again this year because we plan to add some features to our games, introduce some tips for our users, and add some extensions to the website.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We needed user support so our users could send issues to the website, and the site is doing that excellently. We also wanted a platform to introduce our games, and the website has achieved that. Additionally, they introduced some exciting elements to the website and even added some great animations.

How did Fhtagn Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

They always delivered before the deadline. Also, the communication was great since everything went through the manager. We mainly used Messenger, Telegram, and calls for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their expertise was outstanding.

No, there were none.

Any advice for potential customers?

Communicate frequently with them.

For what projects/services did your company hire Octover, and what were your goals?

A new website was developed by the team Octover at the end of 2017 with the unique ability to work with several domains simultaneously. There is a developed loyalty program functionality and many other E-Commerce tools

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our partners recommended us a team. At the first meeting with them it was immediately clear that these were the guys with whom we wanted to launch a new project.

Project Manager take our BRD and turned into detailed technical specifications for a hundred pages. From there, the team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our website in a few days. Website was developed on Drupal

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also 1 developer and designer working behind the scenes

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching both sites in Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan, we received a huge number of new orders. Thanks to a simple and understandable UI, we were able to increase online sales by 80%

We had weekly stand-ups with their project manager. It was always possible to clarify the status of the project development at any time

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It seems that for this team there is no word "impossible". Also, the Octover team had their own opinion and experience on how to do better

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

All refinements, corrections and improvements are carried out in a time-bound manner. All our websites have been on technical support with the Octover team for more than 4 years since the launch of the project

For what projects/services did your company hire Fhtagn! Studio, and what were your goals?

The team was involved in the development of a website for our new product - a monitoring system. The guys did an excellent job with the task, developed a unique design, easy and understandable site structure. The whole cycle of work took no more than 2 months, since the timing was a critical indicator for us.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have been working with the Fhtagn studio for more than 8 years. During this time, they have developed for us more than a dozen products and solutions, among which were: an online store platform, product landing pages, full-fledged websites.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Аt the beginning of the site development process, we had a conference with the studio staff, at which tasks for the future site were sent from our side. Further, a working group was created in Telegram for operational interaction. In the process of implementation, a number of online meetings were held at which there were clarifications on the product from the studio and presentations of the amount of work done. We always stayed in touch with the studio and this allowed us to quickly make decisions and speed up the development process quite a lot.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The studio project manager was our main point of contact, who aggregated and communicated all the necessary information and requests. 3 full-stack developers and a web designer passed all the information through the manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

In general, our project will be launched into commercial use in 2023. We assume that the laconic design and convenient structure of the site will allow the product to take its place.

We had regular sessions with the project manager, who then communicated with the rest of the team and handed over tasks. If there were any additional questions, they provided information. We contacted via a group chat in Telegram, and also called up on Zoom

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team worked very professionally, quickly, and autonomously. Without disturbing us with a large volume of requests and intermediate approvals. The total scope of work was divided into 3 parts and approvals were required only upon completion of any of the parts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

After the initial launch of the site, minor shortcomings were identified, which we handed over to the project manager. They were soon removed.
