Featherflow supported us with the strategic positioning and go-to-market preparation for our SaaS product ntr.ee (NTREE). The scope covered several discovery and strategy sessions to clarify our target audiences, core value proposition, and product story.

Based on that, they helped us structure our website and product communication, including a clear landing page architecture, messaging framework, and detailed content outlines. They also provided UX recommendations for key pages and flows so that visitors understand the product faster and are guided towards sign-ups.

Key deliverables included: a concise positioning statement, a structured sitemap, page-by-page copy drafts, and concrete UX and layout suggestions for implementation in our frontend. In addition, they gave ongoing feedback during implementation and helped us refine the messaging before launch.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main outcome was that we moved from a vague idea and draft copy to a production-ready positioning and website structure for ntr.ee (NTREE). Within a few weeks we had a clear messaging framework, a complete landing page concept, and concrete copy we could implement directly in our frontend.

Their project management was very smooth and reliable. They delivered everything on time, communicated clearly, and were always quick to respond to questions or new ideas. I felt they really listened to our needs and adapted the work accordingly.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

 I’m the co-founder and head of digital at Curaley, a platform for enterprise account-based marketing (ABM) that makes individual intent visible, showing who matters, who’s engaged, and where momentum is building so bigger deals close faster.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with FeatherFlow?

 We needed to fix some fundamental UX issues to support our users on their journey of realizing they were part of a wider group that they could share information with. We also needed to make consuming and sharing this information more intuitive and remove some of the friction points.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

 FeatherFlow took our existing ABM landing page template and created new UX for three specific parts: (1) the hero section, which surfaces the group that the user is part of; (2) the call-to-action (CTA) mechanism for sharing content and making this more prominent and adaptable; and (3) the UX for consuming PDF content on the page and with sharing being conceptually linked to the PDF the user is viewing.

What is the team composition?

 We worked with two teammates from FeatherFlow.

How did you come to work with FeatherFlow?

 We found them through X (formerly Twitter). They had good recommendations from other X users I trusted, and their portfolio showed good work. Additionally, their CEO, Janu (Founder & CEO), wrote insightful tweets, which gave me confidence that they were worth considering. During the initial discovery session, it was clear that they understood the UX problems we were looking to fix. This, combined with their enthusiasm for the project and high-energy approach, were the deciding factors.

What is the status of this engagement?

 We worked together in September 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 We have yet to fully implement FeatherFlow's new UX ideas, but success will be an increase in the number of users consuming and sharing content. We measure each consumption point and share by logging them in our proprietary system.

How did FeatherFlow perform from a project management standpoint?

 FeatherFlow's project management was fantastic. They delivered every milestone on time and were accessible and happy to hear our feedback at all stages. Our primary forms of communication were email and Zoom calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

 The quality of FeatherFlow's work, their speed, and their openness to getting fully engaged with the project were impressive. This came over as expert guidance while also being happy to listen to new ideas and knowing when to advocate for their ideas with solid reasons backing them up.

 No, they were a joy to work with.
