Palapa

Palapa is a senior product studio in Warsaw. We design and build the software established companies run on, and add practical AI to the products they already use.

Founded in 2020 by a developer and a designer, we bring product strategy, UI/UX design, engineering, web, mobile, and AI together in one small, senior team. You work directly with the people designing the screens and writing the code, from the first wireframe through launch and beyond.

What we do:

• Mobile applications — cross-platform iOS and Android apps in React Native, designed and developed by one team.

• Product development — web applications, backend systems, internal tools, and customer-facing platforms, from concept to production.

• AI integration — assistants that remember context, agents that work with your systems, automation, and search over your own data. Each solution is measured against real use cases before it ships.

• Automation — connecting the tools and processes your business already depends on, so routine work stops moving manually between people and systems.

There are two ways to work with us:

• Product Build — we take ownership of the full process: architecture, interface, development, and launch. You receive a fixed quote before work begins, and the source code is yours on delivery.

• Technical Partner — an ongoing senior product team for companies that need to develop, improve, or scale a product over time. Engagements can be shaped around your roadmap or a fixed monthly allocation of hours.

We also build and operate our own products, including waytohire.ai and GoalGo. That means we understand what it takes to launch, run, improve, and support real software—not simply hand it over.
