I'm an executive at WJ Investment, a real estate company that builds and sells apartments in Lower Silesia, Poland. We currently have a 61-unit estate in Bielawa.

What challenge were you trying to address with Koda Plus?

We were selling a building that was still under construction, so the website had to do the job that a finished flat would normally do. The main goal was to show the whole offer honestly, including which apartments were available, how big they were, and what they cost. Someone buying off the plan needed to see that we weren't hiding anything.

Additionally, we wanted to highlight the location of the apartments. Bielawa is located under the Owl Mountains, and for many buyers, that was half the reason to come here. We wanted to showcase that properly and not just squeeze it into one sentence.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Koda Plus rebuilt our entire website and put the building itself on the front page. The building was drawn based on our price list and had four stories. Each apartment had a field that was as wide as its real floor area. The field was white if the apartment was still available.

Users could set a budget and see straight away what was left on each floor. Below that, there was a catalog with all 61 apartments, including the floor plans, garage, and parking. There was also a section about the surroundings with an aerial photo and the places marked on it.

Moreover, the location had a 3D map where users could see the mountains behind Bielawa, as well as a drone video. On top of that, we had a panel where we could change the texts, prices, and availability ourselves.

We provided the content for the website. The drone video was shot earlier, and the aerial photo and visualizations were our own materials. The descriptions on the site were our texts. Koda Plus took what we had and built the site around it. They arranged it and made it work, but the words and pictures were from us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven't launched the new website yet, so I don't have any measurable outcomes. However, the whole estate now sits in one place. All 61 apartments have their floor area, price, and status, and the site reads that from the same list we sell from. What a buyer sees on the website and what my people tell them on the phone cannot drift apart.

Inside the company, everyone reacted to the drawing of the building on the front page. Nobody had to explain it; people just pointed at the white fields and asked about those apartments.

Moreover, the new website made it easier for our team to manage apartment availability and update information compared to our previous process. One change of a status updated the front page, the floor plans, and the catalog at the same time. We no longer had to do it in three places.

Additionally, when one of my teammates sends a link to a particular apartment, the preview that appears in the message already shows the code, size, price, and a small floor plan with that flat marked. A lot of our contact with buyers happens in messaging apps, so that matters more than it sounds.

Another feature was that a buyer could set a few apartments aside and put them side by side. People almost never decide on the first one they like, and until now, they had to keep track of that themselves.

How did Koda Plus perform from a project management standpoint?

Koda Plus brought things we hadn't asked for. The drawing of the building on the front page and the whole section about the surroundings were their ideas, not ours. Those were the parts we now pointed people to.

Regarding the schedule, I can't give a final verdict because we haven't moved the domain over yet. However, nothing has dragged.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Koda Plus didn't throw away what we already had. Everything from the old site was carried across, down to the exact positions of the markers on the aerial photo of the area. Nothing we had was lost on the way.

Moreover, they went further than we asked for. The clickable plans covered not only the apartments but also the garage and the parking, level by level. I hadn't seen that on other developers' sites, and it answered a question that buyers asked every single time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The part that took the longest was getting from a finished site to a site that was actually ours. It had been built for a while, and we were still before moving the domain and having our own access to it. I would have preferred that step to come sooner, even if everything else was going well.

Koda wrote the copy from our materials and from conversations with both trainers, then designed and built the page in "NextJs", best performing technology, as they described. They grouped our client list into industry sections, added a four question tool that points a visitor to the right training area, wrote the FAQ, prepared the photos from our session and handled the technical SEO.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We now send a link instead of explaining our offer on the phone, and inquiries arrive already narrowed to a training area, so the first conversation starts from a brief instead of from scratch. Since launch we get much more inquiries a month, against almost zero before (thanks to Google Ads and Google optimization they offered, most probably). We have not had to ask for a fix since launch.

• Service & project sections — clear presentation of our services (attic insulation, spray-applied insulation), a realizations/portfolio section, and obvious paths to contact and get a quote.

• Deadlines were consistently met. Each stage — design, build, SEO, ads — was delivered on schedule, and larger features shipped in clear, working increments rather than one long wait.

• Feedback was implemented fast. Whenever we pointed something out — a layout detail, a photo not displaying right, wording changes — it was fixed the same day, often within hours.

• They're ahead of the curve technically. Modern stack (Next.js), fast and mobile-first, plus optimization not only for Google but for AI-based search (AEO) — things most agencies aren't even doing yet.
• Nothing was "good enough." They kept refining details — image proportions, load speed, wording — until each was genuinely right, without us having to push.
• Honest and transparent. They told us straight what was worth doing and what wasn't, instead of upselling. That built real trust.

Honestly, we struggled to find anything significant. The scope was broad, so early on there was a small learning curve getting familiar with all the new tools — but every time we had a question, they answered right away. We're looking forward to continuing the cooperation.
