I'm the CEO of Raff Military Textile, a leading Turkish manufacturer and exporter of military uniforms, tactical gear, police and firefighting apparel, workwear, and insignia, serving defense and security sectors in Turkey and international markets.

What challenge were you trying to address with Faox Digital?

We hired Faox Digital because we were interested in their expertise in their field and their experience working on large and long-term projects. We wanted them to professionally restructure our multilingual website to fit the system without breaking it. We also wanted to create a suitable brand identity.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Faox Digital has not only redesigned our website but also restructured our digital marketing infrastructure. They started by analyzing our existing multilingual website and technical infrastructure. Then, they revamped the design and UX while maintaining the structure for eight languages. They also worked on technical SEO, page optimization, keyword, and content planning for an international and multilingual SEO structure.
Moreover, they created a consistent brand identity that we can use on our website, social media, email, and other digital channels. They also manage our social media content, email and CRM, digital PR, international publishing, performance tracking, and reporting.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The clearest measurable outcomes have been in website traffic and organic visibility. Comparing February 16–March 15, 2026, with the same period in the previous year, our active users increased by 169%, and new users increased by 166%. Traffic to the website from organic social media increased by 374%. Organic search began generating more than 5,800 sessions per month.
Moreover, the SEO structure built across eight languages helped us reach Google's first page for priority keywords in multiple markets and languages. These results were achieved without advertising spend. Beyond the numbers, another important outcome was that our previously disconnected website, SEO, social media, email, and PR activities became one coordinated system that we could measure and review through regular reporting.

Faox Digital's project management has been structured, transparent, and easy to follow. They divided the work into clear phases covering research and strategy, website development, SEO, content production, channel management, and reporting. We always knew what they were working on, what required our input, and what the next step would be.
Moreover, their communication was direct and consistent through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, email, and messaging. What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was their ability to understand both the technical and commercial realities of a complex B2B manufacturing business. They didn't treat the website, SEO, social media, email, and PR as separate tasks. They connected them under one strategy and ensured that every channel supported the same international growth objectives.
Their management of the eight-language platform was particularly valuable. They understood that localization required more than translation and built each language around its own audience, search behavior, content, and technical SEO requirements.
We also appreciated how hands-on their senior team remained throughout the project.
