As the project is still in the MVP stage, measurable outcomes so far include successful completion of design sprints, on-time delivery of key milestones, and positive internal feedback on the refined user interface. The MVP is now positioned for further testing and iteration, setting a solid foundation for scaling and future development.

Fantasive’s smaller team size was an advantage in providing personalized attention and flexibility. However, at times, the limited capacity could slow down certain project phases, especially during busier periods. 
Despite this, their commitment to delivering high-quality work remained consistent throughout.

We make complete rebranding of our website composity.com and we have redesigned the UI and UX of the software itself.

What was the team composition?

On our side, we have the marketing team for the website and backend redesign. On their side, we worked with UX/UI designer and coders.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We haven’t gone live yet but we did present the designs and mock-ups at user group meetings. The users were definitely impressed with the direction and the new look and feel.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We meet mostly via Google Meet and sometimes in person, because we are based in the same city.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Finding the right agency to work with is a daunting task, but we absolutely found the right team with Fantasive. We have been incredibly happy with the work we’ve done together on a full rebrand and UX for Composity, from the communication and process to the final results.

Each person on the team is talented, resourceful, and genuinely cared about delivering something we would love. We’ll no doubt be working with them on future projects.

I’m the advertising and PR manager for Planex Holding. We’re a group of construction and real estate companies.

Our website displayed investment projects and estates for sale and needed to be updated and modernized. It had a difficult customer experience that caused a noted decline in traffic.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase our traffic by 50% in a year and improve average time on site and inquires. The site had to be easy for us to modify and run online campaigns through.

How did you select this vendor?

We discussed our brief with four digital companies and evaluated their offers. I was already familiar with Fantasive from previous projects, and I trusted their professionalism and skills. They came with great recommendations, so our board accepted their offer.
