Fantasive was responsible for UX/UI design and full web development of ILoveVeterinary’s web-based software. Key deliverables included:

The project is currently in the launch phase, but the process so far has been smooth and efficient. Fantasive has delivered on time, maintained clear communication, and demonstrated a deep understanding of our goals, setting us up for success as we move toward full deployment.

What impressed us most about Fantasive was their high level of design paired with scalable development. They delivered a beautifully crafted, user-friendly interface while ensuring the platform could grow and adapt to our evolving needs, providing both creativity and long-term functionality.

While the overall experience with Fantasive has been excellent, one area for improvement could be slightly faster turnaround times during the feedback and revision stages. However, their attention to detail and responsiveness made up for any minor delays.

What were your goals for this project?

While we had engineering expertise in-house, we initially hired Fantasive to provide UX design and Front-end development for our software.

They were referred to us by another company that had worked with them previously, and it seemed like a good fit so we decided to move forward.

We make complete rebranding of our website composity.com and we have redesigned the UI and UX of the software itself.

What was the team composition?

On our side, we have the marketing team for the website and backend redesign. On their side, we worked with UX/UI designer and coders.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We haven’t gone live yet but we did present the designs and mock-ups at user group meetings. The users were definitely impressed with the direction and the new look and feel.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We meet mostly via Google Meet and sometimes in person, because we are based in the same city.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Finding the right agency to work with is a daunting task, but we absolutely found the right team with Fantasive. We have been incredibly happy with the work we’ve done together on a full rebrand and UX for Composity, from the communication and process to the final results.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Each person on the team is talented, resourceful, and genuinely cared about delivering something we would love. We’ll no doubt be working with them on future projects.

I’m the advertising and PR manager for Planex Holding. We’re a group of construction and real estate companies.

Our website displayed investment projects and estates for sale and needed to be updated and modernized. It had a difficult customer experience that caused a noted decline in traffic.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase our traffic by 50% in a year and improve average time on site and inquires. The site had to be easy for us to modify and run online campaigns through.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We discussed our brief with four digital companies and evaluated their offers. I was already familiar with Fantasive from previous projects, and I trusted their professionalism and skills. They came with great recommendations, so our board accepted their offer.

We launched a special campaign immediately after they delivered the site and sold 21 properties in three months.
