Fair Marketing pitched us their services right when COVID-19 hit. They approached us with a lot of useful and eye-opening information. Unfortunately, we were unable to afford them because of the hard times we were going through. Now that we have successfully recovered, we decided to reach out again. During this time, they worked very hard to show us that we needed them, which we can all agree we did. I interviewed a few companies before deciding to proceed. They were the only ones that came with a real game plan and process. All other companies just showed us prices but Fair Marketing were the only ones that showed us the "Why".

Our first meeting with Fair Marketing was trying to get to know our company more and learn our goals. The second meeting was trying to fix all the backlinks and website errors (We had a lot) Fair Marketing is very thorough and want to make sure everything was getting done the CORRECT way, which we appreciated. Our third meeting was moving forward with our goals and starting to execute them. We are about to have our last meeting of our on boarding process which will be about finalizing everything to start out campaigns!

We haven't launched our campaigns yet but the value of work Fair Marketing does for us is incredible. Our strategist Katherine works very hard for us. She makes it easy for me to "fill-in-the-blanks" so that I can help move things along. I love how patient they are about me learning what they do and quick they are about completing tasks. This is very important to us because things move fast here at our company.

Katherine is a great communicator when it comes to emails and phone calls. Anytime I have a question, she's prompt to answer or let me know what's going on if we have a situation.

We were in constant communication throughout the project. We also launched the website and simultaneously had it reviewed by Google to start the process of SEO growth.

We worked with most every position they have throughout the process. Being ongoing in nature we have worked with all of the team from time to time.

We started our company from the ground up and introduced the website simultaneously. They took us from not showing in any search results to the first page and now top 3 sin search results for wanted criteria within 1 year.

Their workflow has been seamless since the beginning of the project. Request and calls, even texts, are responded upon usually immediately but definitely within the same day.

The willingness to listen and then act upon our requests and our vision. They also delivered on actions that they promised. It is hard to find a marketing company that delivers results they promise.

Spending more time from the start getting to know our niche business would be my only critique but they did jump in shortly after website design was complete.
