I'm a project manager at a supply chain, logistics, and transport company. We supply businesses with what keeps them running.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire FAAH TECH to accomplish for your company?

We needed help developing a software solution that integrated our supply chain systems into one connected setup. We also needed separate setups for our clients that could be integrated into the same system.

What was the scope of their involvement?

FAAH TECH developed and integrated the overall supply chain platform. They connected our existing systems and built dedicated setups for our clients within the same environment. A major part of the work was implementing AI-based automation to streamline different processes and reduce manual effort. The final solution gave us a more connected workflow with faster operations and better day-to-day efficiency.The main deliverables included a web-based supply chain platform and a mobile application that worked together with our existing systems. FAAH TECH also developed dedicated client setups and integrated AI-based automation into the overall solution.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project helped us improve the speed and efficiency of our day-to-day operations. By integrating our supply chain systems and introducing AI-based automation, we were able to streamline several processes and reduce manual work. It also gave us a more connected workflow across our internal operations and client setups.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stood out most was their ability to understand our complex requirements and turn them into a practical system. Are there any areas they could improve?

There were a few areas where communication could have been slightly faster during certain stages. However, they were responsive when needed and addressed our concerns properly.
