For what projects/services did your company hire FA Technologies, and what were your goals?

Initially it was logo design, which progressed into:

• website design
• website hosting x 3 websites
• back of house and ongoing management
• updates
• new content and pages and progression

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The logo design was excellent and then the working relationship and level of communication encouraged me to go deeper into the working relationship. Mindful of the 'upsell' etc I was initially hesitant. However, my gut instinct told me this could be a good working relationship. We communicate, understand each others approach, understanding of the desired outcomes and then a fabulous ability to translate the notes and screen shots etc of what I envisage the outcome to be, is then transported on to the WWW and has encapsulated numourse buyers into paid up customers. I feel the team really understand me, my vision, my clean cut and precise feel of the logo's and websites. It's an amazing partnership.

This is hard to write down, I don't come from an academic back ground. So steps were sort of: Initial consultation steps identified by the team for their implementation process my thoughts, ethos and examples sent as guidelines and templates with the free range of design to the designers This free range to the designers, worked as they got my examples, and as with a lot of things, they managed to make the final product spectacular in every way.

I work directly with 1 person who then conveys to the specific subject matter expert for each relevant aspect of the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I don't wish to give numbers so any supposed competition or curious party could quantify. For Season 1 of this project, we have exceeded our expectations of delivering every week we set out to deliver and then deliver 5 weeks more off the back of the original project which we never anticipated. For an 11 week season I guess thats pretty close to 50% additional working weeks.

Understanding, communicative, passionate, current and professional, current trends and projected trends included. Communication was email and whatsapp. Timelines, pretty much as and when it was needed. I'm a small business owner, so I'm technically always in the office as such with my phone in my hand.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communicative approach and ability to turn my vision into reality are outstanding.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The online booking platform I could afford didn't have the options I wanted, however with COVID influencing disposable income we did what we did with what we had and moving forward we will implement new systems and processes to make it more streamlined and less time consuming. None of this factors we as a result of professional ability, knowledge or capability - purely limited by my ability to purchase the system in my price bracket at the time.
