We have been working with VT Labs for almost two years now and they have been amazing! Always responsive. They have been able to add new services and non-standard products, which our Shopify theme doesn’t support.

Also, they helped us to implement new features on the app and to do some updates for its better functionality.

For the last 18 months, we have been able to continuously introduce new features on our site to better serve our customers.

Our custom Shopify theme needed various enhancements to optimise the purchase funnel. We were struggling with a Paris-based agency and had significants bugs. The overall performance of the website was not good either

We had a kick off with us providing our wish list. VT labs then provided a clear view on deadlines and deliverables using Trello and validated each development through staging themes.

The whole process was extremely smooth and included: implementation of product videos complete redesign of the purchase process and implementation of the full suite of payment providers correction of bugs enhancement of the website overall performance support on Klaviyo and OVH

A senior project manager was my main contact point throughout the project. I want to stress the complete availability of the project manager throughout the project

Thanks to VT Labs, we now have an eshop which is performing extremely well with top of the class conversion rates

We chatted regularly on Upwork, used Trello to follow deliverables. Overall the communication process was extremely smooth, with total availability of VT Labs, including at late hours and during weekends / holidays. Deadlines were perfectly met

I come from an investment banking background so I am particularly keen on reliability, which VT Labs demonstrated strongly on their 24/7 availability and impeccable results. I also want to stress that the billing process is extremely fair and transparent, with no hidden cost

We hired VT Labs specifically to develop our Shopify e commerce website. Each one of our products needed a slightly different product page to be created. The products that we sell are quite complex, so we needed a lot of advice about how to execute the project properly.

Our goal was to develop user friendly product pages that would allow customers to customize our products. We also wanted to generate live preview images based on the users customization options. These images had to be generated on the server-side and returned to the client side.

We found VT labs on Upwork. We chose them because they had amazing reviews and great experience in the web development area. Also, after quick chat, they immediately understood our vision for the project.

They completely customized and re-built our product pages from scratch. Along with that, they built many of the other pages on our website such as FAQ, size guides, etc. Also, they developed a Shopify app from scratch for us. The app generates an image on a server, and returns the image to the front-end.

The team for this project consisted of 2 frontend developers and a backend developer. Alexander, the project manager, was our direct and permanent point of contact. This approach allowed for quick and efficient communication between all parties.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

It was quite a complex task, but the VT labs team completed the task very quickly and effectively. This project has an amazing impact on our business. We dramatically improved our customer's user experience and satisfaction.

Project management was great and very effective. We always got quick replies to our questions, and we were always offered different solutions to problems that we faced during the project.

There's 3 things that stand out from this company:

1) Experience: This company has a lot of experience in e-commerce development. They have highly skilled developers, both for front-end and back-end development.

2) They care about their clients: They won't stop working until you're 100% satisfied with the results.

3) They are very honest: They charge a fair price and they over deliver. This is a big difference with other companies I have worked with. They truly charge exactly for the amount of work delivered.

In my opinion, there is very little that needs to be improved. My experience with VT labs has been incredible. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for serious and professional web developers.
