• Did they deliver items on time? Yes, our elinext contractors are very pro-active and meet deadlines every time. They did a really good job of pcking up some work when our company was closed for the holidays and were able to deliver a new app release candidate with very limited support. We are very happy with their commitment to meeting deadlines and making our app better.
• How did they respond to your needs? The current contractors meet our needs in terms of skills, proactive contribution, good implementation practices and test coverage efforts. 
  We are currenctly lacking native development skills for sdk development which is something we plan on addressing in the next quarters.

An easier way to provide material might be a good plus.
