They built core features like 3D roof measurements from satellite imagery, automated material and cost calculations, and interactive client quotes with built-in approvals. Their team also implemented remote site assessments, lead management dashboards, and solar energy savings estimations using third-party APIs. They handled finance integration for loan requests, ensured regional code compliance (like fire safety panel spacing), and developed a flexible admin panel to support our marketing campaigns. Their work spanned both frontend and backend  that aligned with our Agile processes.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The number of contractors signing up and subscribing to our platform kept growing. The site assessment feature made it easier for contractors to work remotely, especially during the pandemic, which really helped us keep things moving. The lead management system helped us reduce delays, and the integration with financial services made it easier for homeowners to get financing. All in all, these outcomes improved efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction that we certainly want to highlight.

They coordinated closely with our design team, participated in R&D sessions, and coordinated with the GlobalGAP team to align technical execution with our business goals. As well as managed to adapt to evolving project requirements and team structures, using Scrum methodology.

Scope of work included developing an application that would received data from a sensor via Bluetooth to an intermediate Bridge that would then send the data to a user interface. The interface also pushed commands to the sensor to perform certain fucntions.

Measurable outcome included receiving data from the sensor. Another measureable outcome was the ability of the user interface to send commands to the sensor.

The project management was very reactive to all my questions and concerns. Even in the different time zones, communcation was cosntant. The project scope kept changing but more or less, timelines were being met.

The ability to combine skillsets into one team made it easy to work with the different segments of the project. The firmware and software development, although very different, were combined into one single project.
