We hired Elinext to help turn our basic prototype into a full, working system. The goal was to make it stable, fast, and ready for real users.

They built a platform that allows teams to work together in real time. They also created a custom document generation tool to replace the one we used before. This saved us money and gave us more control.

Elinext contributed to the integration of the GlobalGAP API into our certification system, handling development, bug fixes, and system improvements. Their representative worked both independently and as a team lead, adapting to project needs as the collaboration evolved.

They coordinated closely with our design team, participated in R&D sessions, and coordinated with the GlobalGAP team to align technical execution with our business goals. As well as managed to adapt to evolving project requirements and team structures, using Scrum methodology.

Elinext’s team played a vital role in meeting all significant milestones, particularly the successful integration of the GlobalGAP API. Despite ongoing KPI development, we were able to achieve all critical objectives and maintain progress within the allocated timeframes. The efficient collaboration across time zones was on point.

Scope of work included developing an application that would received data from a sensor via Bluetooth to an intermediate Bridge that would then send the data to a user interface. The interface also pushed commands to the sensor to perform certain fucntions.

Measurable outcome included receiving data from the sensor. Another measureable outcome was the ability of the user interface to send commands to the sensor.

The project management was very reactive to all my questions and concerns. Even in the different time zones, communcation was cosntant. The project scope kept changing but more or less, timelines were being met.

The ability to combine skillsets into one team made it easy to work with the different segments of the project. The firmware and software development, although very different, were combined into one single project.
