As my agency has grown, I’ve wanted to bring on a full service SMO/PPC team. There is huge rate of failure on the GOOGLE, FaceBook for making Profitability. So, I had Recommendation from another Business to optimize both Organic growth and paid Ads media through EzappSolution. My goal was to Optimzie the Ad Spend so we have greater Outreach on Customers and Profitability metric is achieved for Growth and not just Sustainability.

Once we met, I knew they were the team for me. I’m pleased to say our processes are similar; I provided my in depth strategy, they reviewed it and added some additional PPC suggestions during our first phase. We moved into implementation quickly and have been proceeding through each stage/phase efficiently.

I was provided Quartlery checklist of the KPI Metrics of growth and their team used Asana tool for the project management. All the collaboration was Virtual using Google Meetings while there were no lags on Reporting the Success Metrics as proposed in previous meetings.

Team Ezapp Solution is very experienced, they are early adaptor of App Development from 2008 and they are early adaptor of implementing AI in Marketing so we have received measurable outputs becuase of their excellent Data Science and Marketing team.

Their expertise in scaling businesses was very impressive. Commitment of their team to bring results with unprecedented rate is more amazing for me. Yes, certainly. I will recommend them to increase their Fee as they are providing Ai Consulting at PPC Service rate. If they can increase the Price then it will help them to offer new tools ans services for their Clients.

Our Product got developed in 2 releases. Release#1 was to develop Web App Development, Build Machine Learning Models for the Customer Genome. Product release was well planned with Implementation of Customer Genome, Customer Churm Customer LTV, Customer High Value, Customer Propensity Models in release first followed the Second release that streamlined Web App Dashboarding with ROI Maximization, Sales and Marketing models and all updates were presented time to time basis in PM tool.

Yes, EzappSolution can definitely improve their working model by adapting Client tours as Online meetings are good but sometimes they can visit facility and do One-on-One meetings as well with the Management. Secondly, they can reduce the rate card that will help small companies to be more flexible for future engagements.

We hired them for Web app development. We started building web-based Application and we wanted to have Application that would be full suite of Ecommerce platform. Ability to showcase Full Catalog of Manufactured Products and create awareness online and social platforms using plugins.

We followed the Agile approach for Project Management. Our Product development Roadmap was in 4 phases:

Ezappsolution came up with full Roadmap for the delivery with few sprint cycles and used the Microsoft teams to regularly update us on the Progress of the Project. We were provided access to another app that showcased preview of the work before the actual meeting which we really liked as there were no ugly surprise to make changes in the last minute.

We found overall Project Management was performed efficiently and KPIs for progress were reported weekly along with the risk of any requirement not being achievable in advance. We will definitely rate Ezapp Solution 9.5/10
