We needed to design a website that was in line with our vision and branding. We also had to develop it with a multilingual feature and the ability to create articles and pages in two languages, as well ass add projects, videos, and capture visitor information with forms.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We got the website that performs all the necessary functions we needed and acts both as our digital brochure and a primary tool for our content dissemination. It helped us create a an available and sustainable resource for our audience. EZ Digital helped us create a way to capture leads for our hosted masterclasses and webinars, and overall increased our engagement with our audience.

They were highly engaged from the beginning to the end. We had a set schedule and they were able to meet our deadlines repeatedly. We had weekly progress meetings. They maintained open communication and we were always able to gain advice and get our questions answered both via email and by phone. The design process went smoothly, even though we went through several different design iterations. The developed website worked smoothly and they are even hosting the site for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

When we first approached EZ Digital, we were unsure how to proceed about our project. What impressed us was that they were able to understand our needs and propose working solutions that fit both our schedule and budget. They were pretty creative and always went beyond the surface level to really understand our business goals.

Are there any areas for improvement or something EZ Digital could have done differently?

We are overall very happy with everything they've done for us. It may have been helpful if they provided us documentation on how to use the website from the get-go, but this is a minor ask as they are always available for customer support.

We hired EZ Digital to increase our online sales and presence with SEO and Google Ads.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred by a colleague and we were impressed with their expertise and competitive prices.

We needed a review and optimization of our Google Ads campaigns as our smart campaigns were not bringing us sufficient sales. They worked with us to identify which of our products to focus on based on product competitiveness, demand, and our profit margins.

They then did the keyword research and campaign setup with all the steps involved (ad copy, keyword match types, ad group budgeting, etc.) They even did some design and development work on our website in order to better convert leads coming from the ads. Eventually we decided to also pursue a search engine optimization campaign with them, which is currently in progress.

We are working with a project manager and a marketing specialist.

After starting their Google Ads campaigns, our e-commerce sales have doubled in the first couple of months.

They are very responsive and transparent. They've continuously provided us with documentation on what they're doing and provided reports and access to Google Ads, Analytics, etc. Very responsive to emails and phone calls when necessary.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were dedicated to really understanding our products and business model, and were able to come up with a solution that fit our monthly budget.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would be nice if they could speed up the turn-around time of launching the campaign.

They were hired to build a brand new website from the ground up to coincide with our fundraising efforts. Once built they continued to help us optimize the sign. Wordpress with custom build.
