We have hired them multiple times, for we design and development.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have been working with them for a few years, and they always seem to offer the most value for the cost.

Since we do SEO using WordPress, they will often custom code on top of existing plugins or theme designs. They have completely redesigned a couple of websites for us, as well as written code for many features and apps on our sites.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have worked with 4-5 different members of their team, everything from we designers to associates that were responsible for overseeing the migration of old website to the new design once all of the modifications to the site were complete.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Yes, they have created several features in our sites that required development knowledge. Just a few examples are, members of our dating sites locations, so that Google maps could be used to see cities where existing members reside (similar to Air BnB). They also created a messaging program so members could chat with each other when logged into our site.

They created an application that allows someone to complete an application for employment on our recruiting website and numerous other designs that were necessary to running our businesses.

So far, we have used Whatsapp groups, and Trello boards.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There's seemingly nothing they can't do.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Website security is always a concern, especially with Wordpress and associated plugins. There are many vulnerabilities to hacking. In the beginning, we were unaware of how common hacking is, and their team seemed to be caught off guard when we were hacked as well.

Now they understand the vulnerabilities, and will likely advise future clients of the best hosts and security monitoring companies to ensure you are not hacked, and that your site is being monitored for link injections and other tricks by spammers to use your website as a proxy for spamming (which is horrible for SEO). If they make recommendations, you should follow them.

I am the owner of Dynamic Careers International we provide foreign education and immigration consultancy. Dynamic Careers International was established by a group of people having excellent expertise in overseas education and skilled migration consultancy.

We are one of the specialized study abroad and migration consultants in Pakistan providing life changing opportunities by connecting students with the top rank educational institutions around the world and migrating potential people to Australia – Canada And United Kingdom. Dynamic Careers International is also skilled in delivering high end visa application services according to the requirements of the particular country and visa category. How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched them online and their work with previous companies were the main deciding factor.

My immigration clients' companies were using conventional website design and content. Their upload speed was very slow and SEO standard was poor. Also, previous design and content was outdated and it was not Google friendly and in result it was useless for digital marketing and social media promotions. Their companies spent a large amount of finances in improving its website structure but all in vain. Due to new design, layout, images and advanced content, now these websites ranked well at Google and at other platforms.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

With the right planning of the project and by leading their team in right direction, Explore Logics successfully completed this project at a given timeline. They did stick to the allocated budget and came up with high quality end results. They did selected the best designers, content writers and technical assistants and assigned tasks according to their technical expertise. These projects eliminated all the problems faced by the older websites of clients' companies.

These projects were one of the best ones executed successfully by their team as they started it after proper planning and focused on best and user friendly design work having easy to read content. Explore Logics' team completed the task within the given time and provided resources. The team lead closely supervised the work and encouraged activities of the team members. These were the major factors of the project success.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are best at writing codes as well as working on templates based websites which is rare to find in other web development companies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In my opinion, until now, they are perfect in their work and can't suggest anything for the improvement at the moment at least, as i am highly satisfied client.

I’m the owner of Kingsman Shears, and we sell barber shears and other hair products.

What challenge were you trying to address with Explore Logics?

We wanted to take our business online to increase our sales so we were looking for someone to create our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Explore Logics designed a new logo for us. They then designed and developed our WooCommerce site. The website’s purpose was to allow customers to shop and buy our products and to contact us with any questions they had. They also posted several images on the site and integrated many plugins. On top of that, they obtained a different and more manageable domain for our platform.

What is the team composition?

The owner was my main point of contact. We also worked with a project manager and the person that handled our requested changes.

How did you come to work with Explore Logics?

A friend recommended Explore Logics, and we liked the proposal they submitted.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $1,000 CAD (approximately $800 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–May 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Explore Logics produced high-quality work for affordable prices. I also appreciated their help in securing a domain that wasn’t complicated to manage. On top of that, we saw an increase in sales since launching our site. More importantly, we were able to get our site on Google’s first page, and we haven’t had any crashes.

How did Explore Logics perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a very smooth process. They had great communication skills, and they were responsive. Moreover, they welcomed all of our ideas, and they finished the project ahead of schedule.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were extremely accommodating in implementing all the changes we requested.

No, they had no areas to improve.

I am the CEO of a financial services company in the United States.

For what projects/services did your company hire Explore Logics, and what were your goals?

We had them do several projects ranging from web development to custom coding projects. The two major ones were: Date of birth tool where the user types in their birthday and it generates a report all about the day you were born. This involved a massive data base, lots of custom code, and integrating via APIs.

Risk Rating Tool where a user is asked multiple questions and it also generates a report that tells them all about their attitude toward risk and psychological profile.

SOLUTION

How did you select Explore Logics and what were the deciding factors?

We work with a lot of overseas labor. It is definitely hit or miss. Over the years, we've learned to test potential contractors by having them modify things or to create simple programs. Explore Logics passed every test with flying colors and they were able to move so quickly and efficiently. They are also great communicators and seem to naturally understand what you're trying to accomplish and can advise you on different approaches.

The application was a custom made Wordpress plugin to store data in a database and produce results as needed from an admin panel. The final deliverable was a fully functional working application on our website.

We worked with 5 people with two main contact liaisons.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

People are always blown away with the applications. We couldn't have been more pleased. We've never had any problems with it and it's never broken all these years later.

They were always really communicative and very pleasant and kind to work with. We truly considered them friends and partners with our goals.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Above all else, they know what they're doing and work hard to deliver excellent work on time. Yes, I really like them personally and I appreciate their kindness and professionalism, but for our business it was crucial that we could get these projects done by a certain deadline. They absolutely delivered.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing significant.

I am the president of Sharing Sugar, an online dating platform that is a part of a multifaceted conglomerate with companies in the United States and Mexico.

What challenge were you trying to address with Explore Logics?

We had a bad experience with developers on our Sharing Sugar dating platform and needed a more experienced partner to help us develop it. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Explore Logics oversaw a number of projects for us, but mainly focused on our Sharing Sugar platform. I presented them with my vision for the platform, and then they went from there. They completely developed the website — everything that wasn’t standard WordPress was their work. They worked within the framework the first developers crafted in Sandbox that had no functionalities. They kept the same look while completely re-coding it and adding functionalities. 

We now have a fully functioning website where users can upload, privatize, and “like” photos and send cards. I can approve members’ uploads to prevent inappropriate content from being added to the platform. Explore Logics also coded a map that shows potential partners’ locations and allows users to sort via distance or last login date. They added a feature to be able to sort potential partners based on their gender identity. 

Explore Logics handles all platform updates and maintenance and my team only uploads SEO articles — Explore Logics is not involved in SEO at all. We don’t currently have membership monetization, but that may come in the future. By 2022, we should have marketing built out that targets English-speaking users. They are also doing a side project for me to update my Mexican art website, but that is still in development. 

What is the team composition?

There were 4–5 teammates assigned to my project at the peak, but I mainly communicated with Muhammad (Founder & CEO). 

How did you come to work with Explore Logics?

I was referred to Explore Logics by an individual from Freelancer, which is where I hired my last developer from. Explore Logics was able to work through the development process with me better than my previous developer and that won them the job. 

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve invested about $30,000 with them so far. 

What is the status of this engagement?

I began working with them in January 2020 and the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Explore Logic has been very good about meeting our expectations. We are not as popular as our competitors, but we have a lot of repeat users and it’s clear to me that users are benefiting from our site. Even after the COVID-19 pandemic hit the company hard, we still have 20,408 members with more signing up.

How did Explore Logics perform from a project management standpoint?

Occasionally when they offer maintenance, they do not charge for it. We use Trello to manage the project and ongoing requests. It is a very efficient process and we know what stage a request is in and if it has been completed. We use WhatsApp for the development group to send quick messages. I also have video calls with Muhammad. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I would say the cost is the best part of working with them — they have the capability of doing the same quality work as a high-end developer without the high cost. Some developers could have charged $150,000 for this project, but we spent $30,000. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

During the initial platform development, there were some instances where tasks fell through the cracks, but it wasn’t necessarily a weakness on their side. Without good communication, sometimes the wrong tasks were prioritized, but overall it happened minimally compared to the previous developer I worked with. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

When working with Explore Logics, I would advise customers to communicate well about expectations. I would also highly recommend clients actively doing a build-out to use a Trello board, it worked really well for our project.
