We partnered with Exlrt to develop Lunchly, a B2B web platform that helps ourrestaurant manage orders for corporate clients. The platform allows us to: Create and schedule daily menus for multiple companies. Track orders by company and by individual employee. Manage employee subsidies and payment rules per company. With Lunchly, we can handle multiple corporate clients from a single portal, makingorder management much more efficient and organized.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Lunchly simplified the ordering process and reduced administrative workload. We can
now manage corporate orders more efficiently, present menus clearly, and track
payments and subsidies accurately.

The project was delivered on time and on budget, and additional features are planned. The collaboration was smooth and professional, the project was completed on time and within budget, and the team showed a strong understanding of our business needs.

What I found most impressive about this company is how they managed to simplify a very complex process. With Lunchly, they turned the challenge of handling different menus, payment rules, and client requirements into one clear and easy-to-use system that really supports everyday restaurant operations. Their proactive approach and ability to translate complex requirements into a practical system gave us full confidence in their work.

In this project, we wouldn’t change anything — the collaboration ran smoothly, the solution was delivered on time , and the final product fully met our needs.

Features included: content pages and flexible widgets, animal care guide, clinic finder, SEO adaptions and structured data, language management, integrations to Google My Business, PinMeTo and Phrase. Set up automated migration of old Wordpress content in to Kentico.

• No drop in traffic compared to old sites after smooth go lives

Project management was excellent. They were very collaborative and proactively shared feedback to ensure we mitigated risks and delivered a minimum viable product that would immediately impact the business.

Besides being very knowledgeable in building complex technical applications, they conduct themselves as members of our business and are transparent along the way. I appreciate the fact that they will proactively consult our team about issue they foresee before our users are exposed to them.

In retrospect, they could have pushed our product team to provide higher fidelity requirements and artifacts that would help development iterations. Additionally, ensure that we align as a team during a call even if time zones do not aligh perfectly. This was more a minor observation that might have improved velocity.
