We hired EvoTalents as a Recruitment Partner to strengthen us in fast hiring as we had no inhouse recruitment team. So we needed someone with relevant experience to find new candidates, conduct pre-screen and tech interviews.
Firstly they found a person to conduct tech interviews because we had no technical team in our company. It helped to move candidates faster through the hiring process. Then they created a candidate profile for us and started searching for the right specialists and posted vacancies on various resources.
At the beginning we didn’t have clear hiring processes, the number of interview stages, etc., So EvoTalents acted as a partner who, based on their experience, proposed a survey flow for the processes and assistance with other working nuances.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
They found a CTO in 45 calendar days from the moment they found a technical interviewer and created a profile of the future candidate. [Some delays in feedback appeared on our side due to the fast pace, as in any other startup, many tasks, meetings, and business trips].
Over the entire period EvoTalents found 24 interested candidates for the CTO role, of which they presented 10. We identified 4 strongest and conducted final interviews with each, making an offer to one of them.
