The general scope included the development of a staff management module, education module, analytical module, and knowledge database which have to be customised up to the needs of our domain. The solution had to be primarily cloud-based. When approaching the MVP release, we decided to continue the development of the system, so we required the creation of a timely delivery process without any quality losses. As far as the platform changed too much if to compare it with our previous basic website, I can't bring the particular numbers we grew with our income as the difference is too outstanding.

But what can I say for certain is that we received a stable web platform allowing us to bring our business to new heights, provide high-quality services to our clients and make them confident in their retirement. EVNE Developers made their assumption for improvement always based on the numbers and reports, without vague theories, which impressed our team.

We are quite happy with the results they deliver, though it took too much funding than we expected at the start. We got a complex SAAS solution that generates clients for us. Target metrics of the product continue to grow gradually after each new update. As for the maintenance, if the system stops running smoothly, EVNE Developers come to solve this issue asap and with great devotion as if it was their own product. They presented us with the capability to deal with our clients in the best way and get personal profit from the services.

From the very beginning, we managed their team ourselves, later we decided to add a project manager to transfer control over the project development. He performed weekly meetings with our team presenting the results of the development, and making some suggestions for further development. They performed very well in terms of development, attitude, timely delivery, communication, and engagement. The deliveries are smooth and efficient which is seen from the feedback of our clients.

As far as the development team is overseas, sometimes it was complicated to connect our timings for weekly meetings or when something went wrong and we needed immediate code rectifications. Therefore the team appointed a dedicated project manager available at any day or night time to help us. And one point from possibly my perspective is that we planned the entire system not so cost-consuming. We definitely missed our budget in the course of the development, which I hoped we would avoid. Nevertheless, the product runs smoothly and delivers gradually.

Before the development started, they made customer experience mapping to outline the touchpoints and core functions for our app. While creating the identity for the product, they presented several variations of the brand visualisation for us to select.

They managed to depict our core intentions with the visuals and prove their decisions with numerous research. Based on the wireframes, they developed two native applications. The released product allowed us to provide learning opportunities to any ambitious student from any point in the world. This led to the rapid growth in the number of lecturers we needed to provide our improving and growing services. The application became a strong ground for our community, and we are going to expand even more. Now we can distribute the courses all around the world in a manner that is convenient for our students. EVNE Developers offered several ways for the future roadmap of our application, so we have to select one to cooperate with them further.

We could not manage the project ourselves, so the effective project manager was the crucial point when we selected the team. To be short - they performed great. Weekly status meetings, along with Skype or Slack calls and emails, helped effective communication. We communicated with the project manager directly; due to her high management and communication skills, we needed no special clarifications from the team. But I liked the way they presented their vision of features that should appear in the application.

The team always searches for strong research as the basis of their ideations and offers on product development. They are great both on the personal and professional levels. We are fairly non-technical organisations but we always left their high level of understanding of what they are doing while designing or developing. I felt totally comfortable with them.
