Its a time tracking tool which helps us accurately track the contractors hours and output by monitoring such as store random screenshots, record activity level, active applications and websites.

Compost mostly 100% remote contractors from other countries.

1) It help us capture billing hours worked by contractors with legitimate evidence as a support for the work done 2) To minimize using of manual time sheet. 3) To speed up payroll process.

It saves us time and less hassle to the part of contractors and clients.

Evistep Enterprise effectively cooperates with us especially if we have some concern and feedback we wanted to raise. They are doing their utmost services to satisfy their customers.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I know there's no such tool as in 100% perfect; but my main concern of their time tracking tool are :- 1) crashing of desktop tracker 2) no activity level detected of some users especially to " new users " - which they have just installed the app.
