We developed a cryptocurrency project under NDA. Developers quickly caught up on the project and provided mobile wallets for it. The app is designed for creating wallets, performing transactions between them, and viewing transaction history.

We wanted to create an app for influencers, that'd allow them to browse our internal catalogue, create their own shop, and add products to their external website.

We conducted a hiring run looking at various different candidates. We then held a meeting over a call and conducted various trial tasks. Once we were happy with the quality of work and communication we moved forward to work together on a part/full-time basis.

We designed our app and created a wireframe for it. We then sent our designs to EvaCodes who had the responsibility to help us turn this into a fully functioning iOS app, which they did. It also needed to connect to an external website for each influencer, which could've been tricky but they managed to complete it successfully.

They assigned several different individuals to manage different aspects of our relationships, from project managers, to anything financial, to our overall experience.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We haven't yet launched so don't have any concrete metrics, but we're really pleased with the quality of the work, the time in which it has been completed, and we've received really good feedback from initial user tests we've conducted.

The workflow was very smooth and it was easy to communicate what needed to be done. They always made sure we were on the same page with what needed to be done and by when.

EvaCodes has provided technical consulting and architectural design for our platform's core infrastructure. 
The main deliverables include a user identity blueprint, which is a conceptual framework for a unified digital medical identity to eliminate profile duplication; a scalability roadmap, which is a technical strategy to optimize the platform for high-load scenarios during large-scale webinars; and a portable profile system, which is an architectural logic for tracking and storing physician certification history in one secure ID.In addition to strategic consulting, 
EvaCodes has developed core technical prototypes. The team has focused on building the architectural backbone and backend logic for the user identity system, providing the foundational code and documentation for further implementation.

EvaCodes has achieved 100% architectural readiness for a unified digital ID system, which will eliminate user profile duplication. Previously, our platform experienced significant latency and crashes during large-scale conferences due to high traffic spikes. 
One of the key outcomes of our collaboration with EvaCodes has been the implementation of a new load-balancing strategy and infrastructure optimization. In our recent stress tests and pilot events, the platform has remained stable, showing a dramatic improvement in performance and reliability under pressure.
Specifically, we’ve seen a 40% reduction in average server response time during simulated traffic spikes. The frequency of server-side errors, which previously caused crashes, has dropped to near zero in our optimized architectural environment. Our primary metric has been the platform's ability to maintain stability with three times the typical peak load of our largest conferences.

In my experience, I’ve never seen a development team that meets agreed deadlines 100% of the time, but EvaCodes has come remarkably close — around 99%. Their project management is highly disciplined.

The most impressive thing about EvaCodes is their integrity. Unlike many agencies that try to upsell unnecessary features or complex tech just to increase the budget, EvaCodes has focused strictly on what’s essential for our growth. I’ve never felt like I was being sold something I didn’t need. They’ve acted as true partners, sometimes even advising against certain features to save time and resources, which is a rare level of honesty in the development market.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, there isn’t much to complain about. If I had to mention something, it’s that their team is so autonomous that I occasionally feel like I could be more involved in the process. However, for a busy CMO, this is actually a huge advantage. They manage everything so smoothly that I don’t have to sacrifice my core responsibilities to oversee the development. They respect my time and deliver results without constant handholding, which is exactly what I value in a partner.
