BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of a company that provides public key distribution with an increased degree of security.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire EvaCodes, and what were your goals?

Our system faced the challenges of token turnover between blockchain ecosystems. In order to further develop and intensively grow the product along with modernizing the user experience, we needed an atomic swap solution. The main goal was to implement a fully automated product to track transactions and provide a good environment for token migration. The service had to adapt quickly after network outages and any connectivity failures.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I instructed my manager to post an ad for developers on Upwork. We chose EvaCodes, and have not regretted it at all. The deciding factor in making such a decision was their portfolio.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

During the development of technology solutions, the developers encountered some problems. They noted large differences in consensus, complicating blockchain synchronization. The team decided to implement several non-standard solutions ensuring the stability and smooth functioning of the service. This is a request to Bridge instead of hashing.

Thus, a user checks the availability of funds in an account. A special bot sends a swap transaction for the user's approval. It receives the Ethereum request and approves the swap. The funds are then transferred to Bridge and the private key is returned. This solution makes it possible to transfer native tokens without any problems.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

It took a large team of blockchain developers with the necessary competencies and knowledge of Ethereum ecosystems to do such a complex job. Ten specialists were involved in the project. Among them were two blockchain engineers, two backend developers, three blockchain developers, two QA, and one PM.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As a result, we have got a quality product for decentralised token exchange:

• tokens are available for transfer to the native chain;
• there is no interoperability between the blockchain systems, which allows the transfer of assets directly;
• the developed Bridge between the systems is characterized by a high degree of performance and security.

In addition, the Bridge monitors and verifies the approval of transactions in the network, increasing the reliability of the system.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We contacted the developers and the project manager via zoom.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The guys proved to be exceptionally professional. I admire their organization and discipline.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If you need talented and smart blockchain developers, I can only recommend EvaCodes. They will implement the necessary technologies in your project. I do not have any complaints.

I have found EvaCodes on the Internet. We called the project manager, and then the developers, and the team seemed trustworthy to me. I decided to work with them.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

The developers worked on improving the back-end. The developers got to work with troubleshooting in the security system. The guys corrected transition errors and established integration between banks.
