I'm a brand-maker and content creator in a company specializing in manufacturing high-end ceramic products.

For what projects/services did your company hire Etheric?

Our internal challenge was to create a new website, which would tell our customers about our values and history, but at the same time would be minimalistic, contemporary, and easy-to-use. We made a new version of the website design, but we wanted someone to take a fresh look. So, we asked Etheric to go through our current solution with the actual customers to provide us with feedback and a list of changes that they would recommend us to do.

We defined the scope and project stages during the first catch-up. It was an analysis of the current solution, user testing and forming of the report. We understood that it's not a time-consuming process, so it was easy to define and set. The main idea was the site overview with the following UX/UI corrections.

We've worked with a project manager, UX researcher and product designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Now we're still working on implementing the suggestions that the Etheric team had provided. Still, partly we implemented the more valuable corrections after review. We saw that the key metrics on our site have increased, and the quantity of B2C sales also increased compared with the previous months.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

During our first meeting, we decide to communicate via Slack and meet weekly via Google meet. I'd say that our team is satisfied with work with PM and the team overall.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was easy and quick cooperation, and I'd say that most of us were impressed by the team's approach to the presentation of the finished work, a detailed explanation of the process and conclusions. Before our cooperation, our site was different, and we were thinking about improvements but couldn't build it more appropriately.

The UX review immensely helped us to do it. Finally, we understood how to make it better to match with user needs. Also, I liked that for the questions we were interested in, we received not the opinion of the researcher but conclusions based on research and studies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As our project was relatively short-term, I can't propose something to improve. They delivered high-quality work, fulfilling our every need.

We were looking for a fresh look for our award winning app, together with some sophisticated interaction improvements. Also, we were aware of Etheric's other abilities, such as 3D/motion/illustration.

How did you select this vendor?

We went through 200+ designers and studios, shortlisting to approx 14 applicants. We chose Etheric after sample UI task (app concept) and several interviews.

Initial phase consisted of several concepts of "banking app for 2025". After that, we started working on final app, applying knowledge from previous research and usability repeatedly. We provided most of the UX inputs, we collaborated with Etheric on interaction design heavily, while leaving UI, design system and 3D/motion to Etheric expertise entirely.

Our team (3 uxers, 2 researchers) have worked with Andriy directly.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We will see in September.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Stained by covid, we weren't able to meet regularly as expected. Other than that, Etheric was very flexible with our demands and unexpected ammends to project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Etheric is a one stop shop for everything design

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Czech language would be a great bonus, as some of our colleagues are not very proficient in English.

We hired Etheric to develop a website. The challenge was to develop a landing page with the latest design trends that would reflect the company's positioning.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We chose a design studio on Dribble. The search lasted for a month. After reviewing 10 proposals, we chose Etheric because we found a common vibe.

We began with a detailed briefing. Before choosing a concept, we briefed several times. In general, the work on the project was a team effort, as many decisions and corrections came from us.

There were four of us. A brand manager, a CEO, and two creative directors on the contractor side.

The project is just getting ready to launch. We are very pleased with the design and hope that our project can compete for SOTD on awwwards.

Communication was easy and quick. The guys were always very open and friendly. I would recommend this team.

We worked in collaboration, it was a positive experience for all of us. And most importantly the result, which will represent our business on a new level.

Searched online on dribbble and behance and interviewed almost 30 designers/agencies before settling on Etheric.

A cryptocurrency exchange that required a completely new UI/UX. First was site mapping, then make sure user flows made sense. Then was design.

We had one main point of contact, but I imagine there was more than one working on our project.

We love the designs they've created and the feedback so far has been fantastic.

I think they could improve by taking notes during our meetings with them, to help them remember what was discussed so nothing gets missed.

The UX of the website was pretty much designed but UI and experience was a missing factor. We needed Etheric to define the entire design system for the website that would in effect create an amazing experience and reflect on the product’s brand values.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We very happy with the end result, and the homepage had an impressive conversion rate from click to email lead of 20 % ! We have gotten a lot of compliments for the look and feel.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We communicated mainly through UpWork, which worked okay. For the future we will probably work through an IM service like Slack instead, for even faster communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We like that we did not have to brief Etheric extensively, as they were able to quickly understand our needs and take lead on the creative deliveries.

We think Etheric did a very good job considering the situation we were in.

The objective was to design pages for the Movie Profile and Person Profile pages for desktop and mobile. This also included multiple sub-pages within these profiles pages.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

While receiving the design to my likely was achieved, what I consider to most important was collaboration. Some designers want to do things the way they only envision and that typically leads to failure in the long run.

Working with Etheric was great, we exchanged ideas and discussed why certain things needed certain way. Etheric was a partner in the journey and not just another vendor.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Excellent. In addition to email exchanges, we used tools like InVision and Zeplin to improve workflow and communication.

They're friendly, flexible, and professional while keeping a fair price.
