Please describe your company and your position there.

I am an entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Bebell Digital Solutions which started 5 years ago providing E-commerce solutions in the Dominican Republic.

For what projects/services did your company hire Etelligens Technologies?

Since I don't know much about API and coding I started looking for a team of developers that could help me take my project ideas and make them a reality. I started working with them in mid-2019 and the apps just launched. The partnership is ongoing as they continue to build functionalities in a phase-by-phase approach.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to build the WordPress site in PHP and develop native iOS and Android apps.

How did you select Etelligens Technologies?

I worked with them previously on another project. When we discussed this app, the team’s great insight and clarity were deciding factors for hiring them.

Describe the project in detail.

The site hosts coupons from small businesses–such as restaurants and spas–without the infrastructure to distribute them through the mail or other digital platforms. Etelligens Technologies built the WordPress site in PHP and developed native iOS and Android apps. They also created a database and the entire backend logic.

What was the team composition?

Etelligens Technologies assigned two core PHP developers, along with one iOS and one Android developer for the project. Three main developers worked on various aspects of the site, such as the banner. We primarily interact with the project lead and CTO and CEO, making high-level decisions with the latter.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It is too early post-launch to have data. Despite the time difference, Etelligens Technologies delivered quality solutions. They are always available and flexible with schedule adjustments.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their internal tools made project management more effective. They organized tasks and lines communication–via email and weekly phone calls–to streamline progress. The team’s also available via phone as needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

In my past experience with outsourcing, teams weren’t always available to respond to my emails. Etelligens gave me direct phone numbers, so I have access to all their resources, even after hours.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They have done well, but there is some opportunity for improvement in the design aspect. That has always been a limitation of the culture there. There have also been little mistakes, such as conflation between American and British spellings. However, it is unfair to blame them entirely for those kinds of issues.

I am the founder of Ellani Software Solutions, a blockchain company with a family of apps/dApps focused on Money-Wealth Creation, Movement-Transportation, Marriage-Unification.

Movement is key to Ellani Autonomous a ridesharing dApp for women by women with the choice to pick up men only with their female kin related by blood, milk or marriage present during the ride. This is to protect the female driver and the male rider who are not related by blood, milk or marriage.

What were your goals for this project?

In order for Ellani Autonomous work the way I wanted I needed Etelligens to create several systems within a system, here are some of the systems. Ellani Female Verification System-FVS, In a nutshell females verifying other females in order to avoid being compromised by bad actors, in this case men posing as women.

How did you select Etelligens Technologies?

This actually took years for me to find the perfect development team that understood the needs of Ellani and more importantly me and my vision because it seemed simple to me but when I explained it to others I sounded crazy, although this was a good indicator that I was on the right path I still need someone who understood me and my vision to make this a reality. Enter right of stage Etelligens, that didn’t just come with brains but also with heart and the patience.

So because this project is really big they helped me break it down into smaller sections so we started with Movement-Transportation Ellani Autonomous Ridesharing and Etelligens helped me with an MVP for the driver and the riders with the blockchain and QR code feature.

What was the team composition?

So I was in talks with Anupam the senior business development analyst of Etelligens for some time then he introduced me to the rest of the technical team because I’m non technical, so all the technical terms you can imagine and so much more lol

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was really smooth. They are always present and always gives us a healthy push.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The emotional intelligence of the people who make Etelligens so intelligent. It’s rather rare and when I found it I couldn’t let go because anyone can build an app but if you don’t understand why you’re building the app, it really won’t come out right and that’s just a waste of time and energy.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not really because they have done this a whole bunch of times if anything they’re getting better especially in the time of corona, they have been constant contact with me.

The Covid pandemic made us realize the lucrative online business, thus Etelligens are helping us develop a comprehensive business platform.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We got recommendations from our partners. Working with Etelligence has been highly endorsed hence our choice in this company.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

First, we had to develop a well-detailed catalog of our products. The developers integrated the data and came up with a website design that worked best for us. Data entry and other technicalities were later done.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a project manager, a front-end developer, and a back-end developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site, our sales shot up by about 80%. This can be attributed to the fact that most customers are shifting online, and the good web development by Enteligens made an impressive outlook.

They have swift communication with the clients, are flexible, and can make a well-tailored product according to the client's specifications.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are swift and very professional. They also offer follow-up support.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't get any difficulties with the project.
