I’m the marketing manager of Touchstar. We provide integrated security and logistics solutions, including access control, CCTV, alarms, mobile workforce tools, and electronic proof of delivery systems. We protect assets and optimise supply chains for businesses across various industries.

We were looking for an agency that understood our business. We wanted to migrate five disparate websites into one to leverage group cross-selling and build a strong consolidated brand for our business.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The new site launched successfully and we have seen a significant increase website health scores. We took benchmark stats and saw progression in the website health scores and keyword rankings. Our health score is now 97, which is excellent. Moreover, we’re now on a content-managed platform, so we have more control than ever regarding optimisation. We didn’t have that on our previous legacy platform and were massively limited cost-wise and capability-wise regarding what we could do. We’ve invested in a future-proof platform.

The Essential Agency delivered on time and even before the initial planned date. They had excellent project management. The team was always available for updates. They had a very partnership led approach and were very knowledgeable.
