What challenge were you trying to address with Wellbon Agency?

We needed help with website development and our whole digital image. As a fairly young company, we didn’t have a proper website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we had a discovery call with Wellbon Agency to explain what we required. We had an idea, but we weren’t designers. After a couple of days, they came back to us with a presentation. They explained all the steps they’d take throughout the process and how long each one would take. We loved the offer, so we decided to go for it.

Wellbon Agency gave us a questionnaire to describe our company. We filled it out, and they came up with a couple of design options. We essentially collaborated like that throughout the whole process. We had an ideal customer profile, but Wellbon Agency helped us put that into a vision.

Ultimately, they built the website from scratch. In general, it was a simple portfolio website; it didn’t have technically complex features. Wellbon Agency added a booking tool and offered an SEO package. They did keyword research to help our website rank better on Google.

We found them through another platform. Wellbon Agency’s teammates seemed cool, and we liked their work. Additionally, we’d previously worked with them and liked their attitude and integrity. Overall, we mainly chose Wellbon Agency because they were professional, and the price was very competitive.

We spent about £8,000 (approximately $9,700 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from November 2022–February 2023.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have a completely new website with a whole management system with analytics, a marketing calendar, lead forms, and more. We’ve just started getting traffic, which is at least double what it was before. However, we weren’t active in marketing before, so it’s hard to compare.

How did Wellbon Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Wellbon Agency stayed on budget and delivered a week earlier. We had simple Zoom calls and presentations to communicate. We also used emails and phone calls to keep in touch.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were a young, professional group. Wellbon Agency’s team wanted to do a good job, and they had a great combination of skills and pricing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, it was perfect, to be honest.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They’re not an English-speaking team, so they might not look trustworthy to others. However, I suggest trusting them.
