We needed someone who could design and publish social media posts about our content.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

From previous experience of working with EPR Marketing on another project we chose to use them for this requirement, as they had delivered a great result before.

EPR Marketing recommended the social media platform we used to organise and plan the social media posts, which enables both of us to see what is happening. Eliott has selected content and designed posts to include audio clips as well as quotes, with appropriate visuals, which is then scheduled and published on the social media platforms we identified.

We work directly with Eliott.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our social media engagement has increased, and has resulted in some of the back catalogue of our podcast episodes being downloaded more, because of the attention that has been drawn to them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We met on zoom at the outset and have had a couple of follow up check ins. We trust that Eliott does a great job on our behalf - working well independently.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are easy to work with and always come up with new ideas and ways to promote our podcasts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing at present.

I’m the director of a beauty salon that does waxing, facials, and nails services.

What challenge were you trying to address with EPR Marketing?

We needed to improve our online sales so we were looking for a company to help us with web development and social media marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

EPR Marketing helped develop our website and implemented specific marketing campaigns and strategies on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to boost our online sales.

The website was built to make it easier for our clients to book appointments and see our range of services and offers — I actually did the logo but I required EPR Marketing to make the website more modern.

Furthermore, they create specific content to promote our products and services as a way of increasing impressions and interests, and show it to us prior to posting for approval.

We mainly work with Elliot (Owner).

We found them through a recommendation.

We’ve spent less than $5,000.

Our ongoing partnership started in April 2020.

We’ve noticed an increase in website traffic and engagement, and customers inquiring about our services.

How did EPR Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

EPR Marketing is able to deliver their tasks and urgent requests in a timely manner. They’re also very communicative and we typically interact through email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their attentiveness to our issues and concerns, which is good because I’m not always available. Their partnership ensures that I can maximize my time with my clients and give them the best experience possible.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything they could improve on.

I would just advise them to reach out and talk to EPR Marketing about their digital marketing and web development needs.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I got more contacts from LinkedIn, wanting to connect. I think our footprint was enlarged. Although we didn't get students as a direct result of this endeavor, I felt Elliot did a great job of posting several emails per week and keeping folks engaged.

Elliot sent me posts in advance so I could review them, then posted three per week as agreed. He was very responsive and dependable.
