I work in the Marketing Department of a multinational company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Envolve Studio, and what were your goals?

We had an online event, and we wanted to reformulate its platform for the second edition. We hired Envolve to do so creating a struture in which we could update the information in real time. We also wanted a dynamic and more modern front-end.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They were indicated by a consulting company. They had the expertise we were looking for and showed great interest in our success.

We had regular meetings throughout the whole project, in which they presented the new developments and we discussed the next steps. They were very flexible throughout the project and followed the deliverables schedule.

We were constantly in touch with the project manager and the designer. There were also two other team members.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our event got over 3 thousand inscriptions, a 20% increase compared to the first edition.

They used Figma to approve the designs. They created a Google Sheets for the deliverables schedule. We communicated through online meetings (Google Meet) and online message apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their disposition and flexibility during the whole project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When we launched, we found some bugs in the subscription form. They were on call and fixed the issues.

The company Envolve was hired to develop a set of 3 sites: Blog, Store and E-learnning.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

This supplier was recommended by a large company in the woocommerce support area. From the first contact, he demonstrated a lot of professionalism in the meetings. He also presented a great portfolio and a detailed budget of deliveries and expected deadlines.

3 fully customized wordpress sites were developed, from the theme to plugins. The projects developed were:

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

There were tangible results. The blog has a 30% increase in stream of views and a 50% increase in revenue.

Envolve meets the deadlines and goals of the entire project. The presentation tool for the meetings was google meet and there was direct contact with the project manager and those responsible for each part of the project, streamlining the project, facilitating communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The project deliverables were excellent, as well as the results. In addition, direct contact with those responsible made the project much easier.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The project met expectations and I hired new improvements over the following months.
