Envision Webier Technologies India Pvt. Ltd has provided extensive development work including custom coding to give us the integration needed that is taylored to our specific customer needs. Registration has been made extremely easy and customer feedback is very positive. We look forward to a continued partnership as we move forward.

My direct project communication has been with Devendra.

Our student registration process on our website was a bit cumbersome. This resulted in many phone calls for help with student registrations. Envision Webier Technologies India Pvt. Ltd's custom designed the process which made it much easier and less confusing for our students. Bottom line is we receive more registrations through our website and less phone calls.

Our primary communication was via email. Dev was extremely resonsive no matter what time of the day it was. Our expectations for each project were met.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Envision Webier Technologies India Pvt. Ltd's has flexibility. We had each project integrated with the current version of our live site on our test site. We were able to test and better understand the functionality prior to going live. We sometimes had make changes to a project to gain exactly what we were looking for. Envision Webier Technologies India Pvt. Ltd was extremely helpful to make sure the outcome was achieved.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Envision Webier Technologies India Pvt. Ltd's has been great to work with. I do not have any recommendations in this area.

I've had a lot of issues in developing my company and all the technical aspects of it. I began working with him to develop my website, but as he was always responsive and quick, I grew to trust him, and have used his services for everything I need.

I don't know how I could have created the infrastructure that I currently have without Dev. He's been my main team member, helping me navigate through my business and website development. Everything is handled right away and it's always done right.

Dev always responds quickly and gets right to work on everything I need. He's worked many long days and evenings making sure I get what I need. I know I can count on him, and that's what a business needs these days.

That they are extremely responsive, professional, understand my needs better than I do, and get promptly to work on it all. It's managed well and fast.

Nothing I can think of.

I'm the Technology Manager and was oversee the technological aspects of our custom pre-checkout page.

For what projects/services did your company hire Envision Webier Technologies India Pvt. Ltd, and what were your goals?

Our system lacked the ability to automatically reduce the amount of seats available, and more importantly, sell out classes. It is very important that we don't oversell as the seats truly are limited.

Since it was a manual process, others had to monitor the orders and log in to reduce the seat count; evenings and weekends were not excluded.

How did you select Envision Webier Technologies India Pvt. Ltd and what were the deciding factors?

We searched on Event Espresso's approved vendor list and contacted several for bids and more information. Once we spoke to Dev, we knew it was a good fit.

Since we were replacing an existing page, we already knew how it was supposed to function, but relied on them to improve the look. We had a kick-off call and they immediately started building out the page.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked primarily with Dev, the owner, and he relayed any information to the people on his team. He was very responsive and I greatly appreciate that.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The site functionality not only looks better, but it functions A LOT better. Our biggest complaint wasn't from visitors, but internal staff that would use the admin side of the site. That has greatly improved and working on evenings or weekends has been drastically reduced!

We primarily used email for communication or maybe a Skype call in the beginning. They would give us estimates of when a task would be completed and they met those deadlines. I can't recall of any instances where I had to continually ask if something was complete.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The responsiveness was outstanding! Before Dev, I had a very unresponsive contact. I would send email after email and wait days for a reply or to get something looked at or resolved.

With Dev, my world has changed completely. If I email, he typically responds within the same day, regardless of the time I send the email! I don't know what I would do without them.

Actually, I do... I would be getting more questions, "Why isn't this fixed yet?" But not now! :)

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Our system was unique and very complicated. There were a few minor issues that could have possibly been seen if tested more, but in the end, we're the true tester of how it should function.

I don't hold them at fault for that at all, I completely understand.

Development of a food and fitness tracking application. The software includes OpenMRS DHIS, Java, and JavaScript. They provided front end and back end development.

Two project managers and several developers.

I made good progress in a short period of time because they produce quality code.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I used Jira for project tracking and it was effective. Their project managers ensure good team coordination. Working across several different time zones was challenging, but they understood and were responsive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They allowed me to escalate any issues to their upper management.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I'd appreciate more communication about their shadow resources. Knowing what their roles are and when they are brought onto projects would be helpful.

We started working with Envision Webier Technologies India Pvt Ltd in August 2017, and the relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I don’t have any metrics because we are in the middle of the development. It’s a learning process for us, and they’re adapting along with us. We’re planning to go to market this spring with a few apps that we’re developing, so it’s an exciting period for us. 

How did Envision Webier Technologies Pvt Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

One of the things I requested is weekly or biweekly follow-ups to check if we’re on the same page. Communication is always important, but, when we’re in another part of the world and can’t meet in person, it’s even more important to have continuity in follow-ups. They’ve done that really well. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

My main contact is a really good listener and is always interested in hearing any new ideas or comments I may have. I’ve worked with other vendors who don’t listen and aren't receptive to feedback. That isn't the case with Envision Webier Technologies India Pvt Ltd. They’re open-minded and receptive to feedback.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I believe they’re more skilled in app development than in web development. I think I need to guide them more in web design than in the app world.
