I had the pleasure of working with Envision at my previous place of employment, and when I started my own firm, I knew there was only one company I trusted with our IT needs—and that was Envision.

Over the years, working with their team has given me a much deeper understanding of the critical role IT plays in a growing business. What sets Envision apart is their genuine commitment to their clients. They don’t just manage IT—they proactively look out for the overall health, security, and future of your company, ensuring systems are both protected and aligned with current best practices.

One of the biggest transitions for our team was moving from a traditional shared drive to Microsoft Teams. It felt like a major shift at the time, but Envision guided us through the process seamlessly and, in doing so, helped us realize we were operating nearly a decade behind industry standards.

I’ve also partnered closely with their team on multiple onboarding and offboarding processes. They are incredibly detail-oriented, ensuring that every step is handled properly so transitions are smooth, secure, and well-documented—even in unexpected situations.

And most importantly, their help desk team is exceptional. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always quick to step in when needed. Knowing that I can rely on an expert to jump in and resolve an issue allows me to stay focused on running my business.

I have worked with several project managers at Envision over the years, and each one has been exceptional in their own area of expertise. Daniel has been my go-to for device procurement, Justin for onboarding and offboarding initiatives, and Edward for help desk support.

Beyond these individuals, their entire team of engineers and managers plays a pivotal role in delivering a consistently high level of service. It’s clear that Envision operates as a true team, with each member contributing to the overall success of their clients.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think one of the most unique aspects of Envision is their ability to grow alongside a company and adapt to its evolving needs. They truly meet clients where they are, offering solutions that feel supportive rather than overwhelming.

This is especially valuable for small business owners who have real IT needs but may not have the same budgets as larger organizations. Envision does an excellent job of presenting thoughtful, scalable options that align with both the company’s goals and its resources.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Envision Consulting could have done differently?

I believe every company has room for improvement, and often that depends on the specific needs of each client. For us, one area that could add even more value would be offering additional virtual group training sessions, particularly during the onboarding process.

This would help ensure teams feel fully confident and supported as they transition into new systems and workflows.

Envision has provided comprehensive IT management and support to NAHMA for more than 20 years, always keeping us on the cutting edge of the best technology, but with an eye toward affordability and practicality. 
As an example of the success of Envision's support and strategic direction, NAHMA was seamlessly able to transition to a fully remote work environment in March 2020 at the start of the pandemic, since all staff were using laptops with remote capabilities and all of our files where Cloud based.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

NAHMA has a secure modern IT network for its staff, most of whom work remotely 80 percent of the time. As noted earlier, we were able to move seamlessly into fully remote work at the start of the pandemic in March 2020 due to the foresight Envision had provided on the future needs of office workforce IT.

Envision provides any level of project management required for the specific IT project at hand. They have an excellent 24/7 helpdesk. They are very responsive to calls and emails, and proactively communicate as appropriate. Larger projects are always completed on time and on budget.

Envision is the best IT service contractor I have come across in my some 40 years of association management. They can work with any size organization, and it always feels like you're their most important client.

Honestly, I have no recommendations for change for Envision. Keep up the excellent work!
