Enso Brands runs Mifold's entire US business as an operating partner rather than a vendor. Their scope covers commercial growth, channel management and full back-office operations. On the commercial side: Amazon (listings, content, PPC, brand store, catalogue), Walmart, other US retailers and B2B accounts. On the operational side: order forecasting and quality compliance with our Chinese factory, ocean freight and US import logistics, warehousing and 3PL management, fulfilment, and after-care customer service. They also handle marketing strategy and the day-to-day decisions that keep the business moving. Key deliverables include monthly P&L, channel-level performance reporting, inventory plans, retail account management, customer service SLAs, and the running of Mifold's US Amazon storefront end to end.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Built Mifold's US business from a standing start to nearly $5M in annual revenue. Established distribution across Amazon, Walmart and other US retailers from zero. Stood up the full operational stack (factory order forecasting, China-to-US logistics, warehousing, fulfilment and customer service) and runs it day to day. Maintained quality compliance with the factory through every production cycle. Grew Mifold's US Amazon presence to a consistent top-of-category position in compact booster seats.

Project management is run by Enso with autonomy. They own the operation and manage their own deadlines, factory production schedules and customer commitments. Deliveries to retail accounts and Amazon stay on schedule, order cycles with the Chinese factory are planned proactively, and customer service is handled without escalation in normal course. When I raise a need or a question, response is fast and decisions are made and acted on. They flag risks early and don't wait to be chased.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They run the business as if they own it. Most agencies treat scope as a contract. Enso treats it as ownership. They make commercial trade-offs, plan supply, manage cash exposure on inventory, and answer to outcomes rather than activities. The leadership team is direct, low ego and commercially literate, so decisions are made fast and the work compounds. For an inventor and founder based outside the US who can't be hands-on with day-to-day operations, that is the difference between a brand that stalls and one that grows.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Enso Brands could have done differently?

Nothing significant. Anything I've asked them to adjust has been adjusted. If pressed, more proactive structured reporting for a founder based outside the US would be a useful nice-to-have, but it isn't a gap, it's a preference.

Overall, Enso Brands has done very well for us. As with any new relationship, there were some times when communications weren't as expedient as they could have been initially, but Enso Brands addressed them with us and did their best to ensure we were satisfied.
