OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with ENLIGHTENED DIGITAL MARKETING?

We wanted a premium website for our business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

ENLIGHTENED DIGITAL MARKETING handled the end-to-end design and development of a premium custom website for our laminate and hardware business. The scope of work included everything from initial UI/UX wireframing to full front-end and back-end development. They focused on creating a clean, minimal, and corporate aesthetic that perfectly aligns with our high-end brand positioning.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from ENLIGHTENED DIGITAL MARKETING.

How did you come to work with ENLIGHTENED DIGITAL MARKETING?

Someone referred ENLIGHTENED DIGITAL MARKETING to me. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to my geographic location, had pricing that fit our budget, offered good value for the cost, and had company values that aligned with ours.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–February 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The measurable outcomes have been overwhelmingly positive, particularly regarding site performance and user engagement. Our page load speeds have drastically improved, which has reduced our bounce rate. We’re also seeing users spend significantly more time on the site browsing our hardware and laminate portfolios compared to our old digital presence. Furthermore, our organic search visibility has started to climb due to the technical SEO foundation they built.Overall, the new website delivered substantial improvements across all our core metrics. Most notably, our page load speed improved by over 40%, dropping from over four seconds to under 1.5 seconds. This faster, premium browsing experience directly contributed to a 25% reduction in our overall bounce rate. Furthermore, because the laminate and hardware product galleries are now so much easier to navigate, we’ve seen average session durations increase by roughly 30%.Moreover, the impact on lead generation has been substantial. Because the new website reflects a much more premium and corporate aesthetic, we’re noticing a distinct improvement in the quality of our leads. We’re receiving more serious, high-value inquiries from B2B clients, contractors, and distributors who are clearly impressed by the professional digital presentation of our laminate and hardware collections.

How did ENLIGHTENED DIGITAL MARKETING perform from a project management standpoint?

ENLIGHTENED DIGITAL MARKETING’s project management was incredibly efficient and responsive. They maintained an open line of communication throughout the entire build, providing regular updates on the development progress. Even when we had specific design feedback or requested adjustments to the laminate and hardware catalogs, they implemented changes rapidly. The project was delivered strictly on time, and their organization made the whole process seamless. We communicated in person, virtually, and through email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

ENLIGHTENED DIGITAL MARKETING’s commitment to a premium, flawless final product was impressive. From their pixel-perfect design execution to their seamless technical development, their team operated with a level of precision and corporate professionalism that’s rare to find. They truly elevated our brand's digital footprint.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s very little to critique, as the final delivery was exceptional. If I had to name one area for improvement, it would simply be during the initial revision rounds regarding micro-details. We have strict standards for things like perfect vertical centering of visual elements and maintaining specific CSS class structures for future scalability. There was a slight learning curve early on to ensure these exact technical and alignment standards were met, but the team adapted incredibly fast and delivered flawlessly.
