The project delivered very positive results for our business. Since launching the new website, we have seen approximately a 35% improvement in website engagement and a 25% increase in time spent exploring our product pages. The improved structure and presentation have made it much easier for customers to find information about our paper, barcode, labeling, stationery, and printing products. The professionally designed brochure has also strengthened our sales and marketing communication, helping us present our product portfolio more effectively to potential customers. Furthermore, our organic search visibility has started to climb due to the technical SEO foundation they built.Overall, the new website delivered substantial improvements across all our core metrics. Most notably, our page load speed improved by over 40%, dropping from over four seconds to under 1.5 seconds. This faster, premium browsing experience directly contributed to a 25% reduction in our overall bounce rate. Furthermore, because the laminate and hardware product galleries are now so much easier to navigate, we’ve seen average session durations increase by roughly 30%.Moreover, the impact on lead generation has been substantial. There’s very little to critique, as the final delivery was exceptional. If I had to name one area for improvement, it would simply be during the initial revision rounds regarding micro-details. We have strict standards for things like perfect vertical centering of visual elements and maintaining specific CSS class structures for future scalability. There was a slight learning curve early on to ensure these exact technical and alignment standards were met, but the team adapted incredibly fast and delivered flawlessly.

1. E-commerce Website Development: Developed our WooCommerce e-commerce website, including product pages, shopping functionality, and Razorpay payment gateway integration to allow customers to purchase our perfumes online.
2. Social Media Management: Managed Zyovel’s social media content on Facebook and Instagram, including static posts and UGC videos created to showcase our perfumes benefits and use cases.
3. Performance Marketing: Used the UGC videos and other creatives to run Meta Ads campaigns. The team handled campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, performance tracking, and optimization to drive relevant traffic, add-to-cart activity, checkouts, and purchases. Additionally, the Meta Pixel and Conversion API were set up and configured to accurately track user behavior, improve attribution, and optimize campaign performance for better conversion tracking and retargeting.

1. Built and Improved the website performance and user experience, including faster page loading and a smoother shopping experience on both desktop and mobile.
2. Increased Zyovel’s social media visibility and brand awareness by around 30% through consistent content, static posts, and high-quality UGC videos.
3. Meta awareness and engagement campaigns generated more than 100,000 engagements and helped Zyovel reach a wider audience. Sales campaigns also brought relevant users to the website and generated product views, add-to-cart activity, and checkout visits.
