Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Although the details of the project are confidential, we were refreshing our software user interface for the Samsung Android platform. 

This project required a deep understanding of both software user interfaces and the configuration of various electronic hardware components, as well as their logical representation through the graphical interface.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a general idea of the updated look and feel we wanted but lacked specific details. Jackson met with our engineering team to understand the current specifications and limitations. He conducted thorough market research to propose new and innovative ways of representing data and user interface elements on the device, which were both creative and effective.

Jackson collaborated closely with our engineering team, which included electrical, software, and mechanical engineers, to ensure all requirements were met. He led several iterations of design and review, successfully integrating the requests of the engineering team and identifying beneficial elements that were missing from previous specifications.

The entire engineering team was very satisfied with the work delivered, and we would not hesitate to engage his services again in the future.

As with many engineering projects, there was a risk of scope creep. Jackson demonstrated professionalism and organization by keeping the team focused on the primary objectives, ensuring the project stayed on track.

Jackson’s outstanding performance on the initial project led us to hire him for a second phase, where he implemented additional features across our other system platforms.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Endless Ladder could have done differently?

Jackson was able to accomplish with everything that we sent out to do. Although I appreciate constructive criticism and how it can help improve methods and procedures - I truly do not have any suggestions on areas that could have been approved upon.

We needed to create a label for a seasonal beer.
