What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The clearest measurable outcome was a significant improvement in the efficiency of our advertising. We were able to reduce advertising spend by 20%–50% while increasing revenue by 20%, which resulted in noticeably better overall profitability.The collaboration also helped us improve how we allocate budgets, evaluate campaign performance, and make scaling decisions based on profitability rather than just revenue or ROAS. Overall, we are now generating stronger business results with more efficient advertising spend.

The Encore Media team began by thoroughly analyzing our existing digital setup. We provided them with access to our Google Ads account, where they first reviewed how search trends for services like ours — offered through InstantOffice — evolved throughout the year.

Before taking any action, they asked detailed questions about our goals, target audience, and expectations. Based on that, they proposed an optimal budget aligned with the results we wanted to achieve — they didn’t just assume or act independently. After presenting a clear and transparent proposal, which we approved, they immediately began working on the project.

Their approach went beyond the agreed scope — they shared valuable insights and practical suggestions that significantly improved our overall marketing strategy. They created a detailed Excel plan listing key search terms for each of our services and developed new ad campaigns only after we reviewed and approved all content and creatives.

Once the Google Ads campaigns were launched, they proceeded with Meta advertising, again providing us with drafts for approval before going live.

At the same time, Encore Media ensured that all tracking tags were properly implemented on our website and advised us on the best cookie policy setup to stay compliant with legal standards.

After setting up campaigns on Google and Meta, as well as defining goals in Google Analytics, they created an easy-to-understand overview dashboard, where we can monitor all essential metrics — ad reach, reactions, and most importantly, user interactions.

Working with the Encore Media team has been an absolute pleasure. We finally achieved what we had been aiming for all along, and we honestly regret not engaging them sooner.

Before Encore Media, our previous campaigns had an overwhelming number of keywords, causing our ads to appear to almost everyone — whether they were actually looking for office space or not. After a short amount of time, we started seeing the results. Our CPC was lower but we were getting quite better results.

Also, they haven't just helped us with the projects for which we hired them to do, they also offered help with SEO or some technical details which helped our webshop grow.

So far, everything has been done in the promised timeframe and with great results.
