We have partnered on several successful web development projects, beginning with a discovery phase, which includes a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

While most of our project partnerships have focused primarily on development, there have been projects where they worked on the design phase which involved wireframing, prototyping, and designing the website's layout, ensuring it aligns with the client's brand identity. We have also depended on Encircle Technologies for their User experience (UX) and user interface (UI) skills to create a seamless and intuitive navigation structure. 

Where Encircle Technologies have shined in all of our project partnerships has been in the development phase, where the technical work happens, including coding, database setup, and integration of various functionalities. Their focus on a website's visual aspects, ensuring responsiveness and compatibility across different devices and browsers has been stellar. 

Additionally, they handle server-side logic, database interactions, and security measures. Before completing projects, perform testing and quality assurance checks to identify and fix any issues.

Lastly, after project launches they have been on hand to provide post-launch support and regular maintenance to address any potential issues and ensure the websites remain up-to-date and functional. • independent thinkers and high problem solving ability. I can on explaining the scope of the task at a high level, and rely on them to implement the best and most economical solution possible
• great communication skills - we communicate often through Slack and Clickup on project updates. The daily summaries are very useful as it helps me see where the current project progress is
• follows protocol and workflow - we've streamlined our workflow together using github, slack, clickup
• provides great feedback - oftentimes I ask for feedback on how we can improve our working relationship to continually be more efficient and performant. It's been a pleasure working with Rahul

• QA - To reduce the amount of iterations and review cycles, it'd be great to review the work deeply first and address any obvious issues before submission (responsive design, considering different UI states where the code may apply to)
