The scope of work included the complete setup and launch of our cashback platform using EnactOn’s technology. This involved configuring the core system, integrating multiple affiliate networks, customizing the front-end, and ensuring accurate click-tracking and transaction reporting. Key deliverables included the full platform installation, retailer and offer import logic, UI/UX customizations, SEO-ready structures, user account modules, payout workflows, and all back-office tools required to manage retailers, commissions, campaigns, and performance analytics. In addition, EnactOn provided technical support for bug fixes, feature adjustments, and ongoing improvements throughout the implementation process.

1. The cashback platform was fully launched with functional tracking, retailer integrations, and live user accounts.
2. Retailer and commission imports began running accurately, improving data consistency and reducing manual workload.
3. Core user flows (registration, login, clicks, transactions, payouts) were successfully implemented and tested end-to-end.

Their project management was smooth, and all deliverables were provided on time. The team was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or requests. While the overall experience was positive, a few parts of the product did not fully meet expectations or required additional adjustments to function as intended.

Their willingness to customize the platform, their fast communication, and their supportive attitude throughout the setup process were the most impressive aspects of working with them.

Some areas of the product could benefit from more polished functionality and clearer documentation. A bit more proactive quality assurance before delivery would also help reduce the need for follow-up fixes.

The abilty to deliver on time and fix any bugs straight away. Also ,the ability to develop custom add ons that we required in little time

Since going live, we’ve seen increased user engagement, smoother onboarding, and more efficient operations thanks to API integrations with our service providers. The stability of the platform has also improved, with faster load times and minimal downtime. Overall, the work has had a significant positive impact on our business performance and customer experience.
