The sprint demo calls moved at a technical pace that occasionally made it hard to give real-time feedback as a non-technical founder. I sometimes needed a day or two after the call to properly review what had been built before I could respond meaningfully. The architecture proved scalable enough to absorb new partner integrations without structural rework after go-live. As a non-technical founder bringing a patented concept to market, having a software development company deliver a complete, production-grade platform across three surfaces in under 60 days was an outcome I had not been certain was achievable.

Honestly, nothing significant. If I had to mention something, the admin panel documentation was fairly light in the early days and required a few back-and-forth exchanges to get up to speed on certain configurations.
