we are trying to find a key difference that can set us apart with the rest of the industry. Looking into that, we realized that traceability is a major issue for the coffee market and no company in Indonesia has ever done it right. That's why we hire emurgo to help us with the development especially because we are not an expert in tech sector

To have a key difference and unique added value within our brand.

We were working on this project for 6 months, we implement the solution by directly going to the farmer's side and map out all the business process in the coffee industry.

We were working directly with the CEO of emurgo Indonesia, their ops, and tech team.

it is great, they manage to deliver on time and with great result.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

the workflow was quite smooth, they have designated PIC to help us with communication and everything

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The skillset and their ability to break down a problem were astounding. Coffee supply chain is a very complicated issue and they managed to break it down into comprehensive flow.

Are there any areas for improvement?

although overall communication is smooth, sometimes I still find it hard to understand the technical part coming from them.

Extremely pleased with the results of our work together, still using the software.

I think both communication and their rigor in defining the most efficient processes for our company.
